The staff of this hotel is very accommodating. We brought the whole basketball team from NYC to this hotel with their families and stayed for 4 days. No problem or issues at all. They accommodated all our requests. I definitely recommend this hotel 100%.

Okay, it was average hotel breakfast . More variety of breakfast choices, potatoes, pancakes were not great but served its purpose. Bacon ran out Friday morning at 8:30 and wasn’t available all weekend.

This hotel was located conveniently to the Midway airport. It was very nice…well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only issue I had was that we arrived at 2pm and requested early check in, but had to pay $75 in order to get in our room early. Shuttles were available but we didn’t use it. I would recommend this hotel to others.

It was clean and local The day I booked there was a big event there so they pool was packed no where to sit or put ur stuff was uncomfortable going to the elevators in swim suits while there was whole party in the hallways the wait for the elevators was horrible also uncomfortable

Clean, modern and excellent amenities. Staff could have been a bit more attentive. I stayed for two nights, my room wasn’t cleaned in between days and I needed more towels as we were a family of 6 and didn’t have adequate towels and wash cloths up front. When I asked for more on our last night, we never received them.
