I’ve arrived at 10pm, after a 12 hour driving, when we arrived, the lady told me “sorry we were trying to call you to tell you that we don’t have the room that you reserve yesterday, “sorry, go across the street to the Holliday inn (the hotel that I’ve refused to make any reservation due the quality) but it’s ok you’re not going to pay anything, goodbye”… that was it, and the funny part it’s I’ve pay insurance for this stay. So bad night, rough night and I had to drive back another 12 hours, guess how do I feel about this?

The property was modern, sharp, and professional. I loved the cucumber water in the lobby and the fogged sliding bathroom door was enjoyed by my kids.

The room was clean and property was very clean. Although it was clean I do feel that the price per night does not match the standards of the hotel. The breakfast had minimum items and was not clean. The bar is very small and limited.

I’ve stayed at the hotels nearby, but this one is the best. From now on, I’ll be coming back to this hotel.

I like this hotel brand, I have always like layout of the room, it’s priced well, and usually convenient to where I am doing business or whatever my purpose in a city is.

The Midway Chicago Hyatt was a decent place to stay in a convenient location. I enjoyed the gym and the lobby was a nice place to entertain guests.
