Shuttle was important. Breakfast had a decent selection Nicely appointed room! Nothing

It had a indoor pool, a gym, free breakfast, it was convenient to the places we needed to go to, and it was clean. Didn’t have the room stocked with towels and shower could have been a little more cleaner.

Location was great! Breakfast presentation was not the best. Very cramped eating area.

Everything went well. There were bacon bits. Not bacon. And they were dried out and hard. Other than that, everything was good. One other thing. The music in the hallway was too loud; I could hear it at night when I got up to use the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and water pressure acceptable.

Very nice rooms

We had a pretty rough stay. Our TV didn’t work and the door to our bathroom was broken. A few nights in, a horrible smell of feces/sewer aggressively filled the entire hallway on the second floor. We notified the front desk, who advised they sent maintenance but no problem was identified. They were not able to provide a solution that night. The next day they did move us to a different floor. That night, the smell was back. It was so bad it woke us up and we had to place wet towels under the door to try to prevent it from getting worse. After this, we decided to cut our trip short and change to a different hotel. I spoke with the front desk manager who advised she would change my booking and I would not be charged for the nights we wont be there (we pre-paid through a third party booking site). I still have not received any compensation or refund for those nights lost. I would not waste any time or money here.

The space! -

Rooms were clean and above average size. Free parking and free breakfast werehuge benefits fore a family of four. I would recommend this hotel highly,

Disappointing

The location. Breakfast was good. Maybe they could rotate the Breakfast items. But good.

Room was shockingly quiet for being next to the airport. Room was very spacious and super comfortable. It took hours past check-in for our room to be ready, and we were exhausted. (I understand there was a system failure earlier in the day that messed up their housekeeping somehow.) But we wish we could've somehow been informed before making our way to the hotel and having to sit around for a while waiting.
