The room was clean, the kitchen area was a good size and having laundry option was nice.

Staff was very helpful. Helped us get the shuttle to the train station. The breakfast was fabulous very clean

I booked this room due to the recent storm that caused Indiana to loose power. My home is damaged and we were displaced. I paid very close to $300 a night to stay at this property only for the air conditioner to not work in the room. Maintenance came and looked and confirmed the air wasn’t working properly. The staff said that they couldn’t move my family and I into a different unit because they were sold out. The options management gave me were to get a free item out of the shop, receive points, or check out and get a discount. This was so disheartening to hear because I had nowhere to check out to as I had no power and my home is damaged. They then told me it wasn’t anything they could do because I booked through Expedia instead of their direct website. So I called Expedia and the issue wasn’t resolved they weren’t able to help much either. So my family and I slept in the hot hotel sweating all night and checked out in the morning. I spoke with a manager before I left but she informed me this was above her and that I would need to wait for someone else to come in to get their decision on what to do. So basically I paid $565 for two nights to be uncomfortable after already experiencing a loss from the storm.

La navette de l’hôtel nous amenait à l’aéroport et de là, nous avons pris le train pour se rendre au centre-ville de Chicago, max de trajet ligne orange 40 min. Les gens à l’accueil, l’agent de sécurité, les femmes de chambre, tous les gens de cet endroit sont sympathiques.

Room was a good size. Was here for over a month for work. Having laundry was a nice bonus. The ladies at the front desk are always happy and helpful. Overall a decent place for the price. Would definitely stay here again

Housekeeping is only provided every four days, and even then, they simply empty the trash and replace the towels. The room is not properly cleaned, and the service is far below what you would expect from any hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.
