Convenient location. Clean, comfortable facility with great staff.

Suite was nice, very soundproof but the furnishings were worn. Bed was nice with good sheets. The outside areas were comfortable and nicely landscaped. There were places to sit and to walk around. Restaurants were just ok. Great exercise room and wonderful indoor pool.

The stay was good. A few negative things are: no oven in "kitchen". The bed was super hard. The pillows were extra flat, feather filled. The bathroom vent fan was not working properly, so #2's stink up the whole suite. The couch cushions were in desperate need of being replaced. The good stuff. Easy check in. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good, a mix of foods. The area was surprisingly decent. It was quite even with the airport there. The price we paid was just right for what we got. Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed in the Onyx Suite. When we finally laid down to sleep it was already 3am. The bed smelled like a Obese person just sat in bed for a week and ate. Lots of body sweat. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Told the front desk about it but they didnt seem to care or offer any kind of resolution. I Guess beggars cant be choosers at 3am. But not worth the chicago prices. Could have stayed in a nicer room in the city for that price

The staff was happy, the building was beyond clean, and everyone was so helpful and personable .. I actually stopped at the office and complimented the manager on how well she runs the place when I was checking out... Her comment that "the staff had been with her a long time" was obvious... It felt like a happy family was taking care of things there... A lot of hotels could learn a lesson from this place...

The Marriott standard, check. Best hotel chain, my opinion. Haven't missed yet!!

Yes...over the yts zo have seen a decline in Residence Inn properties as far as the upkeep. Outside was filthy. The breakfast was extremely low budget not good at all. Rats were outside but that can be expected because so many hotels in area.idk.

Outstanding stay. The best commercial area with restaurants, stores and closest to the airport. Will book again at this hotel.

The room was clean, the kitchen area was a good size and having laundry option was nice.

The front desk worker was discriminating and rude.

Staff was very helpful. Helped us get the shuttle to the train station. The breakfast was fabulous very clean

I booked this room due to the recent storm that caused Indiana to loose power. My home is damaged and we were displaced. I paid very close to $300 a night to stay at this property only for the air conditioner to not work in the room. Maintenance came and looked and confirmed the air wasn’t working properly. The staff said that they couldn’t move my family and I into a different unit because they were sold out. The options management gave me were to get a free item out of the shop, receive points, or check out and get a discount. This was so disheartening to hear because I had nowhere to check out to as I had no power and my home is damaged. They then told me it wasn’t anything they could do because I booked through Expedia instead of their direct website. So I called Expedia and the issue wasn’t resolved they weren’t able to help much either. So my family and I slept in the hot hotel sweating all night and checked out in the morning. I spoke with a manager before I left but she informed me this was above her and that I would need to wait for someone else to come in to get their decision on what to do. So basically I paid $565 for two nights to be uncomfortable after already experiencing a loss from the storm.
