Proximity to airport My room smelled moldy

good service

The room had a bad smell.. The lobby and corridors were fine so it’s possible it was just our room
-
a very interesting start to our stay. when we got are room card we went to what we thought was our room. the key opened the door the number on the card matched the room number. but there was a man in this room showering when we walk in. when they finally gave us the correct room. the steam on the door kept running all over the bathroom floor. so it was a crazy adventure.

No as nice as pictured and the hallways stink

El hotel queda a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y tiene muchas opciones cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Muy buena opción cerca de Mydway

Muy mal en la noche las 2 noches me fueron a tocar la puerta varias veces muy mal
-
This placs is not wortgh the price and it is not upto the expectation. Poor Management, Front desk staff taking more than an hour to check in, charging $30 extra fee for parking when it clearly states parking free. Pls dont stay in this hotel and I will not advise anyone to stay next time.

Stay was comfortable...............

Our room was very clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great-coffee, juices, cereals, yogurts, toast, bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage. Shuttle service to Midway is great when the driver remembers to stop at Sleep Inn. It’s the last shuttle stop and sometimes gets forgotten.

Great location Friendly staff
-
They didn’t honor my reservation, and hid behind computer issues as an excuse. We were left in Chicago with no lodging late at night. I’m having to struggle to get refunded. Even though they admitted fault at 100%, they offered nothing but a weak apology and no solution.
