I liked the helpfulness of the staff & how comfortable the bed was. The pillows were too soft & the tub was dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast offered a nice array of hot and cold choices.

The location and the free airport shuttle. There wasn’t anything I disliked

Everything was amazing bed comfortable and very clean check in was a little hectic due to convention going on but once I got my room all was great. Only negative was that I came to see the girl I was dating and she stood me up so I spent the weekend inside the hotel for 3 days straight. Still enjoyed myself

The airport shuttle didn't show up so the manager took us to the airport in her own car. What a wonderful thing for her to do.

The room was nice enough. They provided toothbrush and paste as our luggage was still at the airport. Desk attendant was nice enough but didn't honor our comp voucher. We had a comp from Southwest for this hotel because our flight had been cancelled and they didn't honor it because they didn't receive a call from Southwest. There were several of us staying there and we were told we had to pay upfront and request a refund. The room was nice enough, but not $374 worth. We got there around 9pm I believe so had to buy an $8 frozen personal size DiGiorno pizza from their freezer.

? I said no. Needless to say, a housekeeper showed up and cleaned the areas of the mold around 11:15 A.M 9/19. I'm not sure about you, but mold is a serious hazard if you do not know. Regardless if it's from old standing water, a leak in the ceilings dripping down the wall. It's a serious matter. And for the hotels passive regards to it is unacceptable. We did not receive an apology from a management team or a simply" we are sorry", from the front desk. But regardless, if we booked with a third party or not. You dropped the ball on room 163!! And you definitely dropped the ball with us!

Good property and staff

The hotel was a great spot to get ready for the next day’s travels.
