Booked room for me and two kids so two queen bed one bed had no pillows the other had when went to desk for extra they said they had no more. Had one big towel and the rest hand towels so the cleaning lady happen to be in hall way and asked her for extra the towels she gave has black stains hair all in them had to ask for new clean ones the chairs in the room had covers on them that had never been clean looked like there was hair all in the beds I went to Walmart and bought sheets and a pillows and towels

I am very conflicted as to wether this hotel should be rated 1 or 2 stars. Honestly the only reason why I think I will give it a 2 star rating is because the room it's self and the layout of the room is very nice and has great potential, emphasis on potential, to be a 5 star room.  My partner and I walked into a beautiful spacious room (the 1 king suite) which includes the sleeping area, a "living room" area a almost full size kitchen a bath room and closet. Our chief complaint would be the cleanliness. To start off, first walking into the hotel, the odor is plesent but the moment we stepped into the hallways where the rooms were located speaking for the first and second floor the odor was very unpleasant and honestly made me a little scared to go into the room. Lucky, the room smelled much better. No aroma in particular just a pleasant neutral smell. The room in both our opinions, coming from 2 people who have worked in and ran hotels before, were not clean at all and not by any means anywhere close to being ready to be rented out. The shower glass was covered in soap scum. The bottom of the tub was visibly dirty to the point I didn't even shower barefooted. There was hair in the shower and the sink was dirty. Moving on to the kitchen the sink again was dirty the shelves and counters still had traces of left behind food. The microwave wave wasn't clean the fridge was stained with food there were droppings from pest in the kitchen drawers and you couldn't even pay me to make and drink coffee from the provided coffee pot. Moving on the furniture was lightly stained and the dining table provided was damaged. There was A LOT of dust in this room including the top of the fridge and the top of lamps. When pulling back the sheets to inspect the mattress there was debris on it. Last but not least the floor was not cleaned at best a broom was kind of sort of ran over it. A swiffer mop could have done way more justice.

I had called the day previousto my check in date to request a early check in and said I would be charge. Once we arrived we were denied early check in until my wife explained that we were ok with the early check in fee. We were told we had to wait so staff could figure it out. We never got neither of my rooms clean which was depressing because we had children with us. Rooms only had 2 towels when requested more we were only given 2. They can do better

I originally booked a week-long stay at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Bedford/Dallas, but after only two nights I decided to leave early because of the overall condition of the property and how uncomfortable I felt staying there. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The man at the front desk was not very welcoming or helpful. Cleanliness was a major issue. Nearly every trash can I saw, both inside the building and outside, was overflowing. The hallways near the elevator had a strong, unpleasant ramen-noodle-type smell. The room also clearly had not been thoroughly checked between guests. The refrigerator and freezer still had spills and messes left behind by the previous occupants. I really feel housekeeping needs a detailed checklist so areas like these aren't overlooked. The fitted sheet on my bed also appeared to have a large stain that looked like someone may have urinated on the bed. That was extremely uncomfortable. There was no blanket provided either — just a sheet — although thankfully the air conditioning worked extremely well and kept the room cold enough that I actually needed more than the sheet to stay comfortable. Noise was another major problem. Throughout the daytime and well into the night, there was constant stomping and what sounded like jumping or heavy activity in the room above me. It made getting a decent night's sleep difficult.

The room itself was dirty. the mattress had stains, crumbs & dark colored crusty stuff on the mattress. the sheets were dirty & the shower had nasty black colored stuffed smeared on the shower floor, stains & dried up stuff was also on the wall of the shower. the smell in the room & hallway was unpleasant.

Second…no ice machine? Third…what’s the point of booking a suite with a kitchen if it doesn’t have kitchen equipment! No cups, no pans, no silverware, no paper towels?? Fourth…”breakfast” was literally waffles and toast. 0 STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND.

All these questions are about the property and amenities lol! Let’s get down to the real thing here. The entire 2nd floor was stinky and my room smelled like cigarettes or cigars. Elevator had trash and the only breakfast option was waffles and toast. No oatmeal, yogurt, bagel, or fruit! I won’t ever stay there again.

Price This hotel needs pest control it had roaches bad I seen at least 6 I told the staff. The hallways smelled awful like urine and feces. The hotel could use a better clean up crew it was barely clean, the shower was dirty hair in drains the head board was greasy. The room had a kitchen there was no cooking utensils to use.

Roaches and floor was sticky and basically it was my fault I booked in advanced and they booked my room never would recommend
