The sign on the property says blue wave hotel or something like that. Property is out of water due to renovations. Never stayed there. Still waiting on my refund. Zero help. Do not stay here. Listed phone number goes to the previous owner.

primer lugar tube que esperar porque no avía nadie en la recepción. en la página del hotel dise contamos con desayuno y es mentira no hay ni café porque pregunté a qué hora habren el restaurante y que no tienen luego en la noche en el cuarto mates 4 cucarachas tres en el baño y una en el lavabo no tenían vasos para tomar agua y todavía me cobran un depósito de $150.00 dólares ido a otros de mejor categoría y no cobran debería expidia tener más cuidado con los hoteles que patrocinan porque es una falta de respeto para mí y mi familia

When I first got into my room,I noticed that I didn’t have a microwave, I called the front desk. They apologized and I had one within 10minutes! I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The staff was very helpful. It's right next to the county jail so it's safe with the cops near by Would've been nice if the pool was open

Nothing Everything had dead bugs in the bathroom and the room that they gave me they said didn’t come with a refrigerator and I ordered a superior king bed and the gave a room that had two full size beds and the when I canceled they going to charge me for the whole stay when I didn’t even stay there and went and got a different hotel and now they won’t even respond to me

Nothing I had to put 150$ deposit for the one night and I never got my deposit back the manager kept it and is giving me the run around he made me use Cash App to do the room deposit and I had to send it to somebody or he wouldn’t let me stay and I he said he would refund me the deposit in the morning after check out but it’s already been going on 4 day and I haven’t got it back, they keep giving me the run around and I want me deposit back I left the room in perfect condition the manager said everything look good and that I would receive the full deposit
