Didn’t like the room given to us. Moldy and smelly.

Did not live up to the review that was on the app - bed was not comfortable and a little lumpy. Also the bathroom amenities left a lot to be desired.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. Very helpful. My grandkids are very picky eaters and they were very happy with the hot breakfast that we received there. Most places have breakfast, but not good at all. Eggs are always overcooked. Your eggs were excellent. Your sausage was excellent. Everything looks so clean and there was a lady there who every time somebody would go in there and serve up some waffle batter and maybe spill a little bit or syrup and you know how that gets everywhere. She was right behind us and always cleaning up and making sure everything looked nice and clean for the next person. My grandkids love the scrambled eggs. Toast was great bread was fresh and soft. Bagels perfect there was plenty of different creamers to pick from. I only had one little issue and it was with the coffee from the coffee machine. It was very very weak, but I’m sure that was just maybe someone put a little bit too much water in it cause it was very weak but other than that or stay there was perfect. The pool was nice and clean although I wish the other little smaller Jacuzzi type pool would’ve been available, but it was not overall I still give them a five star rating because everything was great and my grandkids enjoyed it.

Room was dirty and blankets were still wet. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Everything came out of the microwave, it was supposed to be open from 6-9 but they stopped putting food out at 8. would not recommend

This was not the rated hotel I thought I was booking. The room felt humid and the peephole was blocked by a napkin stuffed in it. The people walking in the room up above mind kept me up all night and the walls were VERY thin. It got me through the night but this is not a 9.0 rated property in my opinion. I was very surprised when arrived in my room.

I made a reservation, and when I got there, the front desk told me there were no rooms available. Also, while I was waiting in line, a customer asked to be moved to another room because of mold in the one he was given. Unless you like this type of service, you can stay at this hotel.

Yes all of that was so easy . We have no complaints about the rooms being clean nor how nice the staff was. Our complaints is hearing kids running back and forth in the hall way while we were sleeping in the early morning hours also you can smell mildew when your coming into the lobby area other than that everything else was alright.

location the breakfast is fine but the coffee has awful taste wind up going to buy some at store called hotel to let them know I would be a late check in due to traffic clerk told me to do everything on line and would not hold room if I didn't so I had to pill over at next rest area to do by my smart phone and the internet connection was slow so it definitely prolonged my travel time

The room smelled like wet dog, we had to ask for room service even though we did not have our do not disturb sign on the door and the property was just very run down.

Location was nice. Staff was nice. Well first our entrance door would not lock. Phone and tv did not work. Breakfast was not too great.

The hotel was more than adequate for our stay. I was disappointed in the breakfast. Some of the breakfast food ran out early and was not replenished. Some of the exercise equipment did not work.
