Holiday Inn Express Suites Beeville by IHG

Charged me for a night I did not stay, will be the last time I use Expedia.

Our stay was nice except for a couple of minor issues, no shower curtain, shower not working and TV remote missing . We’re able to have our room changed so it was fine . We will return, as the hotel is under new management and I’m sure they are just working out the kinks.

The beds were comfortable, but there was nothing really unique. I feel breakfast should be included free when you pay 120 something a night.

I stayed overnight. It was very pleasant stay. I would stay here again if I'm passing through.

Checked us into a room that was already occupied and then said they were sending a key with an employee that never showed up. Had to go back down to the desk and I ended up finding the employee that was supposed to have had the new room key and she said she forgot. Will not stay there again.

The hotel did not have Air conditioning in the room we booked. They did not have another room for us. Then they would not refund the room rental even though we did not stay there!

It was horrible. They didn’t clean your room nothing.

Lots of repairs needed. Broken floor especially by second floor elevator, several corners and drywall half a$$ed repaired. Pool also was dirty with grass and field debris could tell hadn't been cleaned.

Room had a bad odor and the fire alarm woke us up at 3 am no notification of anything kids woke up scared

My only problem was with the tv and remote control. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tv channels, try to call but somehow the desk clerk couldn’t hear so went downstairs and try to get an answer as to how to get the channels explanation didn’t help. It was very difficult to figure out how use the remote control, no instructions at all was frustrating. I guess next hotel we choose we will have make sure tv and remote control are easy to use

We got locked in by the security door latch. The room had 2 security latches so I locked both then couldn't get one of the latches to open. Glad hubby was finally able to jar it open. Staff did not answer phone. Left messages for towels needed, hairdryer not working. My husband had to go to front desk to get hairdryer. The bathroom outlet was not working. We never got towels. Upon checking out we let the lady at desk know our bad experience about the noisy running ruining our rest, about towels, bathroom outlet. No apologies just stared at me. This was our 2nd stay and service has deteriorated from our previous stay.

Breakfast was great. No ice in either ice machines. Staff had a small bowl of ice in the freezer for drinks. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Blow dryer was missing, so had to get one from the desk.

There was no furniture in the room just bed. No security chain on door. Small hole in the wall.

The hotel overall is just ok , it’s mainly used by oil and gas works to rest there tired heads. My pillow smelt like a mix of oil and gas. The room was fairly clean , the floor tiles in the elevator and on each floor were broken and missing. The room has an order but can be tolerated, considering this hotel is the best game in town. I’m staying in Beeville for a personal building project and have no other choices in the general area . That being said this place is the best of the worst. I purchased a travel trailer just so I didn’t have to deal with hotel life !!
