Worst stay at this hotel in the last 5 trips made there, room was not clean, toilet was dirty and there was no soap, shampoo in the dispenser n shower, the hallways were hot and smelled ike rotten carpet.

Very loud cricket kept us up all night. It was in the wall and we could not kill it. It went on all night. Woke us up at 2:00 a.m. and couldn't sleep good after that.

Coffee makers didn’t work most mornings, ac didn’t work, had to change rooms, front desk did not seem how to process check in/out.

The staff was friendly but when I checked in I was informed the elevators didn’t work and they had no rooms available on the bottom floor. Plus they charged me a $100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. I will not get that credited back to me for another 5-7 days. I did not know that was their policy.

would not work so we had to move to another room, those keys would not work. There was mold on the ceiling and the fridge would not cool anything. On our second night the door was open,unlocked. On the third night the key would not work either. The elevator was broken, they put us on the second floor. Try carrying luggage and down the stairs! Terrible Stay and I feel we should be compensated and she you would to do that. Diana Chandler

Our stay was nice except for a couple of minor issues, no shower curtain, shower not working and TV remote missing . We’re able to have our room changed so it was fine . We will return, as the hotel is under new management and I’m sure they are just working out the kinks.

The beds were comfortable, but there was nothing really unique. I feel breakfast should be included free when you pay 120 something a night.
