Staff always kind. Grew up stopping at this hotel as a kid so always happy to stay. Cant wait for renovations to be done! Some of the cleaning could be better in the room

The photos don't match reality. There is no elevator, I carried my large bag upstairs into a room that really needs a refresh. The carpet is gross, furniture old, bathroom untouched in days. I prepaid, otherwise I would have just went to a different hotel. I believe I was the ONLY guest they had - no other cars in the parking lot. Their "hot breakfast" posted on the sign outside was nonexistent. Maybe because I was the only guest? You get what you pay for and this was a very cheap room, but I will not stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY TRASHY, POT SMOKE SMELLS FILL THE ROOMS, ROOMS ARE TRASHED AND ,FLOORS NASTY AND SLIPPERY!! BREAKFAST IS A JOKE THERE'S SOME OLD HIPPY LADY IN THERE AND THEY KEEP EVERYTHING IN THE BACK YOU CAN'T EVEN SERVE YOURSELF Absolutely disgusting place & illegally got charged for my service animal!!

Nothing the girl at check-in was nice but worst hotel I have stayed in by far. It was beyond dirty. Smelled really bad like old wet carpet. The ceiling in our room had multiple cracks and looked like had water damage. The love seat was so stained and dirty was afraid to sit on it. The bed linens were so thin and the towels were seriously stained and just looked dirty. Breakfast was a joke. Stay somewhere else!!!

No pets no hot tub. Room clean did require 100.00 cash deposit. Return back at end of stay. Bring cash.

Clean and comfy The staff could use some customer service and friendliness training. The people from Chamberlain are their weekly and their employees are smoking marijuana by the pool house. No one wants to stay in a place where this type of activity is going on either in the hotel or on the property, it’s the best way to run off your decent customers and turn your hotel into one of those that are like next-door or across the street.

The room was a bit outdated but definitely cute . I love the older Texas theme. No blow dryer.

The internet was high speed, good TV Channels, clean room/ bathroom. Staff was friendly. Overall, will be staying here again when I come in Summertime.

SPIDERS NO BLANKETS CHAIR IN ROOM WAS NASTY STAFF ALLOWED KIDS TO RUN UP AND DOWN THE HALL YELLING ALL NIGHT. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
