The area The trim around the bottom of wall was coming apart. A little dirty. Room needs a makeover

Room is okay dated but most hotels are since Covid. Unfortunately I am the only one staying in the hotel tonight and therefore I told them not to worry about breakfast

Room was very warm and tool a long time to cool off. Towels were so thin and old.

Bed was ok in comfort, was overall clean but nothing at all special, easy to get to the location. The loud banging and music most the night from either beside or above. The smell of marijuana reeking through the place. The bathroom was not dirty but tub stained, toilet seat very loose, just overall was not as good as others we have stayed at in the area on trips.

The location was nice. That's about it. The room was dirty. Looked like there was crumbled potato chips or something in the floor. Dead bugs, security latch was broken. Beds were hard as a rock. You can see where hand rails were removed in the bathroom, not sure why. Not very handicap friendly. Will not stay again.

It is very close to the highway and on a main street in Beeville making it very accessible to lots of things. It’s a little dated but you can see that the staf is working to make improvements.

For the price, it was a good value. But the motel is an older facility that does not offer all the services a newer (but more expensive) place would have. I needed a cheap room to stay for one night and this motel met my needs.
