Left earlier. The elevators were horrible they only have one operating used among staff and customers. It’s a long wait. The AC fan is too loud and high even with low setting

The property was conveniently located, clean and modern. Not a fan of the expense of the parking but the valet guys were helpful and provided some good ideas for dinner. The process to get the car was super easy as well but just believe it should be included with the price of the room. The bathroom only had a shower as do most of their rooms except for mobility rooms so if you need a tub, this might not be for you.

Was significantly overcharged from what Hotels.com told me was the total price and there are still pending charges that I am not sure about. I have stayed at many AC Marriott Bonvoy properties and this one was by far the worst.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed & soft linens! Front desk was very efficient and check in was easy & quick. The location is great!! Nearby and within walking distance to so many restaurants & shopping!!

While clean the hotel is not well maintained. The equipment in the gym is broken, cups and towels now replenished. The kleenex in our room had two left in it...I could go on. In terms of activity in the hotel, while it was supposedly full the lobby and common areas were dead. If you get a price similar to a Best Western its good, otherwise skip it.

The entire staff is amazing. Gorgeous hotel is quiet and within walking distance to food, grocery & upscale shopping. Love the hydration stations on all floors (love that tiny ice) & the valet attendants are very personable & professional. Visit the park a few blocks down!
