Hotel is run down and needs updating. Peeling paint in bathroom, broken door to the patio, dirty hallways, very minimal breakfast (cold cereal and instant oatmeal). Staff was not friendly or welcoming. We paid for a premium room but definitely did not get one. Charged $16 for parking. Would not stay again.

Outdated. Staff was not very welcoming or accommodating at front desk. Early check in fees and parking $15. Breakfast is lackluster putting it lightly.

Hotel is ok. The check in person was a bit rude and short when I had a couple of questions. Access to the light rail is probably the only great thing about this hotel. It’s old and a little run down. If light rail access is important it’s an economical place to stay.

If you need somewhere just to sleep it does the job.

Everything is good

I’ve stayed here before and the property is clean and well maintained. Quiet place and feels safe. The only thing is that the receptionist was a bit standoffish and seemed a bit annoyed. Same for check in and check out.

It is a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a night. They don't provide any room service. And drinking water is available on purchase. It was good we carried our own. The pool was clean and we had fun...It is an average place to stay for a night.

There was blood stained on the cabinet, They way overcharged for pet stays. There are other hotels in the area that provide more for less fee.
-
Hotel is a bit dated. Carpets are worn, window shades have holes and stainage, furnishings older. But everything was exceptionally clean. Staff were immensely helpful and friendly. Location very convenient to local amenities and attractions.
-
Everyone was kind, and we felt safe. It just felt like they were charging as if it was a much nicer place.

Never coming here again

Moth and spider. Horrible experience.

Extremely run down, neglected… the only good thing was the room was clean, although paint chipped, doors chipped, room darkening curtains had holes.. bedding crisp clean, bed and pillows very comfortable.. unless you really need the price point .. I don’t recommend.. if you need this pricing.. it’ll be ok. Parking was a nightmare.. half the lot is now paid parking.. we had to drive around a few times til a spot opened up for us .

The breakfast wasn't very good. Not enough choices.

Great location with the new 2 line stop being right across the street. Able to get to and from Seattle very quickly and easily without needing a car or taxi.
-
Great value hotel. Staff were great. Very helpful on getting us info for transportation using the light rail which is just across the street from hotel. Would be nice if the pool was heated. Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean.

The property was conveniently located within easy access to major highways. The front desk was manned 24 hours and the staff was helpful. The only issue we had was the funky AC unit, which was loud when it turned on and off, and we couldn't run the fan only for air movement. The AC unit controls could not be changed, only the temp. So either we were freezing or it got warm quickly. But that's the only complaint. All else was good.

A couple of Locals here. This Red Lion is a good spot - near highways and not too far from downtown Bellevue. The staff are 5 Star folks; friendly and kind. Really the only issue holding them back is that they charge for overnight parking, which is just a $15-20 gouging that is not warranted for the area it is in. Especially considering that they have plenty of parking lot and are technically not in an urban or city area that would justify charging customers a surprising fee for such a vacant parking lot. The $15-$20 we saved on the nightly rate we ended up paying the hotel. Not a big deal but customers care about the little fees you add to “us”.
