Superb

The staff was especially helpful. They recommended the perfect room with a view of the creek rather than the freeway. The window glazing was very good and eliminated outdoor noise perfectly. Drop off and pick up area was consistently accessible. Open dining area was convenient and quality reasonably good. slight moldy smell in bathroom. Possibly shower curtain

The front desk staff was wonderful! Two ladies, both of their names started with an A. They were welcoming, warm and helpful!

Presidential suite is massively huge, but outdated decor. Its very well priced though. I've stayed in the same suite on two separate occasions a year apart, and one of the light switches in the bathroom has been broken for over a year now. The mattress was very lumpy, old and uncomfortable. The suite was very hot, and hard to get it cool so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. They didn't leave any extra bedding for the sleeper sofa, so we had to call down for that. The elevator railings looked as if they hadnt been cleaned in 20 years. They lobby and the rest of the hotel looked clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

The room I finally received was comfortable and quiet. I initially booked a 1 King bedroom, when I checked in I had 2 queens, but I liked the room. I called front desk and they put me in a different room with 1 kind bed, it was smelly and had a broken drawer. I walked out immediately to say I couldn’t stay in that room, and was then put in a 3rd room. It was better than the 2nd so I stayed in there. Also the girl at the front desk could have been kind. Being in hospitality and customer service, a smile, warm welcome and kindness goes a long way.

Caulk in bathroom was moldy and tile was chipping

The hotel is located in a great location next to the Link Light-rail. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the bar has good food and beverages.

Relax and very peaceful vicinity, steps to Bellevue square with lots of food and shopping around, fantastic atmosphere. Hotel was a little old and needs some renovation, parking prices is high and it is a plenty of parking space and it is not a downtown location I don’t know why they are charging guests for parking. The breakfast is good but not a choice to repeat the next day. Overall good stay.

I tried to stay, but after about two hours in the room, I simply could not get comfortable enough to spend the night or even shower there. Around midnight, I checked out and had to book another hotel at the last minute. This property is a very poor representation of the Hilton brand, especially for a location in Bellevue. The condition, cleanliness, and overall experience were nowhere near Hilton standards. Based on my experience, this felt more like a one-star hotel, and I would not recommend staying here without significant renovations and improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.
