No smoke alarm in room.

Your computer system went down nation wide and the staff was NOOOOT prepared at all double booking rooms giving keys to rooms that people were already in. We waited from 12-5:30pm to get checked in.

Some of the staff were great and very polite but a few were condescending and dismissive The pool and pool service were fabulous

Staff was excellent and breakfast was great the bar exceptional the cleaning can improve especially the windows, the tub ridiculously hard to turn on , I had to call staff… the hot tub was cold and dirty
-
1 st day my bathroom sink broke and was not fixed till next day after second reminder. Second night fire alarm

The room was spacious and breakfast was good. Mattress is too soft amd only two Towles for a room that sleeps six. Also hot tub was not working. Overall hotel is little dated but clean. We had a good stay.

Housekeeping never replenished coffee supplies either morning, phone didn't work in my room, they provided me with "drink coupons" as compensation. This consisted of 2 coupons worth $5.00 each, to be used for beer, soda or coffee. Really not even worth it.

Great location you can use the light rail system to get just about anywhere!
-
Would have been nice to know only 1 elevator was working. Waiting 10min for an elevator every time is ridiculous.
-
This is a buisness hotel. Parking is $28 a night. No free breakfast or coffee. Just not my idea of convenience.
-
Staff was incredible!!!! The town was perfect!!! Light rail was directly outside the hotel!

When I first when in the room had a smell like someone smoked inside.

The beds and the pillows smells terrible.

I liked that the hotel has all the amenities! However, they had one elevator functioning for the whole hotel which got pretty crowded, but everything else was pretty good!

The room was spacious and well maintained

My kids found this to be a very posh hotel. They loved the glass ceiling, very Parisian, and the glass elevators, even if two were under maintenance during our short stay. The outdoor pool next to a pond was also a win and everyone loved journeying to the ninth floor for a microwave. I found the staff to be excellent. We had no issues in our room and really, really loved the Starbucks in the lobby. When does a traveler ever not need coffee? The first downside I can report is that there were no pool towels at 9 AM, when the pool opened, or an hour later when we left the pool area. A drippy walk back to our rooms wasn't much fun, but at least in July that works. The beds were comfortable and clean and if we return I'm looking forward to trying one of the window loungers. Seems like a good way to hang for a quiet hour or so. Lastly, why is there a separate parking fee? Really? That should be part of the price.
