Breakfast is great and endless coffee.

Our suite was beautiful, and the lady at the desk was so helpful when I needed another blanket she gave me 2 for my son staying on the sofa bed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the surprise $19 charge for parking. I didn’t realize that there was a fee for parking (after being charged I saw it on the website), but it wasn’t mentioned anytime during checkin, I was just given a parking pass & was told I could park anywhere including event parking.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were nice as well. Price is on the high end but the reason I age. 2 stars is that they charged $165 pet fee for only one night. That is ridiculous. When I asked them why they said this is a one time fee for overall stay regardless of how long you stay. Common. That is the lamest excuse ever. You charge customers 165 per fee for one night stay and use that excuse. Never even go back tot hat hotel.

arrived at midnight, waited 30 minutes with no staff, and didn’t get my reserved room—instead, I was put in a basement-like room. The bed and pillow were awful, and I couldn’t sleep for four nights. No one showed up to clean the room for those four days. Though the A/C worked, the controller didn’t, so we couldn’t turn it on for hours. Overall, a very disappointing stay

-
Fire alarm at 2:30 am. No one at front desk for hours. Breakfast and dinner there were good.
-
I felt very disappointed about the check-in process.
-
It is the nicest Residence I have stayed in. It feels like a 4 star hotel.
-

Clean room. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Location was good. Kitchen is the room was really nice. Hard to control the room temperature, was either too cold, or muggy, no in between.

We ate a burger at the bar and it was very good. My husband and I used the gym and liked it very much. A 10 min walk from the light rail that goes into Seattle which worked well. I would have liked fresh towels daily because sometimes towels do not dry

Loved the space of the property.
-
Everything was meeting our expectations except the noise from the highway. The windows were not sound proof, so at some point, we thought that windows were open and the traffic noise was all inside the room.
-
Great staff had Danielle check us in and Vinny check us out was great service. The room was great, like the set up and was clean.
-
We would recommend a stay there!

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having an equipped kitchen was essential, especially when we had to stay multiple days. Although we did not get the chance to utilize all of the amenities, I don’t think there was anything missing. We will highly likely stay here again the next time we visit Seattle area.
