Secure free parking. Easy walking access to restaurants. Spacious rooms Yogurt was out when I had breakfast--I should have asked the front desk who said they had more when I checked out.

the room was cleaned however the tub was not had hair in it. overall great location for my needs. grateful for the bellhop shuttles.

Location was good near light rail cheaper than alternatives but at a cosr - Assistant GM threatened to cancel my reservation after paying because I was trying to explain that I spoke to someone (who happened to be a nice GM, staff member at reception working on 16th june afternoon was similarly not nice (putting it very kindly) to be fair GM did offer an apology but better to ensure better staff hiring and training. - False advertising when ‘full kitchen’ has no cookware, if all our from reception. so unless u buy from neighbouring target can’t use at all, that was meant to be a selling point for me. Total letdown. - free wifi is basically dial up, so basically need to pay, not much (a few dollars) but would be better to just increase room rate by that amount and have faster internet

Location right near light rail, Where do u start: 1. Reception Staff was really rude at check in, including the assistant GM threatened to cancel my reservation after paying because I was trying to explain that I already spoken to reception (I had actually spoken to the GM) to organise late check for other room booked 2. Kitchenware not supplied, it is false advertising to say there is a kitchen in the room but if you don’t have kitchenware available, not impressed that I had to spend $100 on stuff (left it there at checkout 3. “Free” wifi is basically dial up, normal internet is what u had to pay for.

The room was okay for the most part, but the bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress should have been replaced a long time ago and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Also, the bathroom ceiling needed some repair. The most irritating part about this "pet-friendly" hotel is their lack of any real outdoor place for dogs to do their business. I hate when hotels tote being pet friendly and then completely flake on having an outdoor area for pets. On the upside, the front desk girl was really helpful about the best way to travel back and forth to and from Seattle, they have self-service laundry, and clean kitchenette supplies. It's also located close to everything in Bellevue.

The service is always amazing. I always get those one get any always provides amazing service always friendly happy just top-tier service and I’m always happy to go there. The room is clean and close by to everything which I love.

Exceptional

Four stars overall because shower curtain smelled sour once wet and faucet barely reached into bathroom sink (little room for hands underneath and water splashed onto counter). Convenient location so a bit of traffic noise. Would have been nice to have one place setting (glass, plate, mug, flatware) in room (though all that plus pots & pans and more available on request).
