It is not the most expensive hotel in the area but it was more than adequate to meet my needs and I am glad I stayed here and saved some money. One really nice added perk is it a half block away from whole foods and a block away from Trader Joe’s.
-
Very good overall. Best highlights: Woods Coffee and hawaiin restaurant attached. Helpful staff!
-
Loved staying at this hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance of a whole foods market and target. The lobby, hallways, and hotel room were very clean and smelled so nice. Staff was always so friendly!
-
Terrifically helpful front desk staff. No complimentary breakfast - Google Maps is wrong about that.
-
Convenient location within walking distance to Target, Trader Joe’s, and Uwajiyama.

Not my favorite stay in Bellevue
-
What I like about the property was that it was close to downtown Bellevue it was easy to get around.
-
Clean rooms, friendly staff, but the maintenance is lacking. Its obviously an old hotel that was given a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture some years ago. All the furniture has sogns of wear and heavy damage marks. The curtains in the room dont fully close, so you get the parking lot lights in your face all night. Pool is in rough shape, woth concrete cracking, tiles missing, and needing a deep clean. We looked forward to using the center courtyard, but it was locked up, and obviously not maintained, and this was in August.

Very friendly staff, clean room

The property was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Plenty of parking. The Woods coffee shop that is attached to the hotel is very good and convenient.

We were not able to get the room very cool, there was a concert in the courtyard and we were not made aware of it when booking. After traveling 9 hours that day we weren’t able to have quiet until well after 9:30. When we asked for a refund or partial refund we weren’t able told no.

Room was by hte pool and in very bad shape - bathroom needed upgrading
-
checked in 40 minutes early. As always, I thought they would ask me to walk around and wait. But they were very kind and I immediately got my room. The hotel is completely consistent with the price and quality

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was dated and smelled old. Room was just as dated and unpleasant. Pictures on the site were not as shown and misleading. The restuarant ajacent to the hotel was hawaiian inspired and had good food which was a bonus. Location of hotel was below average and did not feel safe.

We booked through hotels.com and upon arrival were given a room that we designated we did not want due to complications climbing stairs. We were told there were no other rooms available but continued to reassure the staff member that I could not climb the spiral stairs to the bedroom she finally found another room. The room was very weathered, wall paper peeling in bathroom, drapes tattered, fridge very cold as was the air conditioning. House keeping on request only but ran into them in hallway and got extra towels and toilet paper. Didn’t try the restaurant next door, not affiliated with hotel but menu looked good. Parking was $15 a night, check out was noon. All in all not a bad stay, decent location, staff was nice and professional.
-
Bathroom was a little worse for wear, but property was great and having a restaurant and coffee shop right there was very helpful.

We arrived at about 1015pm driving from the Okanagan, BC Canada and arrived to no water in the hotel, a heads up before arrival would have been appreciated as we had kids. They accommodated with bottles of water to brush teeth, but a disappointment as you expect basic services to be working when you book a hotel. The room itself was outdated and had a musty, old smell. I lifted the made bed to find a small dead bug under the pillow. The kids were excited to use the pool, but did not open until 11 the next morning (check out time). Front desk was willing to push our check out, but honestly after waking up and seeing how dirty the bottom of the pool was, we had no desire to use it. Disappointed in this place all together.

The stay is always comfortable, and the location is perfect for access to shopping, highways & restaurants. The staff is always pleasant.
