Eastgate Hotel, BW Signature Collection

This property has really gone downhill. We used to stay here regularly but it’s been at least 4-5 years. The overall stay was not what we were hoping for. Elevators were disgusting, our room was very dirty, the trash right outside the hotel was overflowing…. I miss when this place was a silver cloud. We will not be returning. Very sad as we used to live this location. I would highly recommend finding another hotel in Bellevue.

Easy access to and from freeway.

Quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway but you dont hear the traffic.

Great & Clean

Think twice before staying here, make sure you pack all your own towels and toilet paper. Staff is either playing games or management really sucks. We stayed 5 nights; 2 towels the first day were in the room for 2 adults and 3 children. No towels provided in our room the rest of the entire stay. Cleaning service never serviced our room, no toilet paper was provided, our room remained unclean the entire stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend the 10$ extra a night and stay somewhere else.

The breakfast was mediocre at best, with hardly any fruit. Every night there was a banging noise in the pipes on the fifth floor, and the tub was clogged. On top of all that, they charge for parking. I wouldn't stay here again.

Only issue was breakfast. It wasn't open long enough or late enough. It was crowded. We never got to eat.

When we checked in, we had to wait 20 minutes to get a staff at the front desk. They have only 1 staff at night to do everything. The room has a strong chemical smell like someone was smoking in the room. Below average on cleanliness, we ran out of body soap by 2nd day. Room service is every 3 days so there is no replenishment of soap. Breakfast was ok.

Had booked Jetted Tub room. They gave us another room and later told us the Jetted tub was leaking and would have a part and fixed for us the next day. They lied to us knowing the maintenance people don't work on Saturday. So we got a king room, where the blind to the window above our bed was broke so the sun came into the room at 5 AM. Went to get some ice in the morning the 6th and 5th floor ice machines were broke down and not working. Floors were not clean though out the hotel. Will never stay there again!

It was more expensive when I booked it earlier than the moment I checked in.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily rate it 9 out of 10. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. The only reason I am not giving a perfect score is that there is a little room for improvement in some facilities. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

However carpet (stretched & solied) needs replacing. Desk chair leather(?) was peeling. Breakfast was disppointing, compared to other Choice properties. One morning there were no labels on the different coffee urns (we could not tell de-caf from regular coffee) and we could not get any help from the lady in the kitchen who did not speak english.

The phone in the room did not work because there was no wire from the phone to the wall. The breakfast was very minimal. There were no muffins, no english muffins, no bagels, no yogurt or anything like that. Finally, in the kitchenette one of the doors fell off onto the floor when I opened the cabinet. The hinges had loosened allowing the door to fall off. I don't know if this review will allow me to put up pictures. If it does then I will put them up there. Thank you Freddy Jensen

AC didn't work and there were bugs in the room, overall just very poorly maintained

The property was great. The only thing we would’ve really appreciated was a larger trash can in the room instead of one about the size the ice bucket. Since their policy is to only clean the room every third day (and we stayed 2 nights) it was pretty full by the time we left.

Great location with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchenette. Breakfast was good, and having a laundry room on every floor was a very convenient bonus.

Great staff, well-appointed room, and nice breakfast!
