Eastgate Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Staff was friendly but hotel was stinky and dirty. Breakfast was bad and their oatmeal was badly prepared

Great experience!

Clean room, older hotel. Our door and door into ice/laundry was squeaky and bathtub faucet dripped. Quick fixes for those. Breakfast was good, fresh berries were a nice touch. Also nice the laundry machines were free. Housekeeping is every 3 days but you can request it if needed sooner.

Need to be updated with new furniture and lighting. Bathroom was old need new shower heads and new backsplash wall. Our room had holes in the backsplash for the shower. Need new rugs as well.

Our car had a smash and grab break in 75’ from guest check in , in their parking lot. The management refused to share video with us or the police , they claim they require a subpoena to release video footage. It’s good to know they care more to protect criminals on their premises than their guests.

I found it tacky that you pay $250 for a hotel and they charge you 7 dollars to park. Breakfast was good quality for being included.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and always a nice way to start your day without having to leave the property. Area was nice and safe.

Staff did the bare minimum and were kinda rude.

Theme room was very noisy The hotel was overpriced It was in the middle of nowhere It was old and crusty and the wheelchair accessible room. Cath the sink inside the bedroom and not the bathroom It wasn't really accessible either

Well located , free parking , helpful staff , great amenities , close to downtown

We had the king room with sofa bed. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Great location to drive into Seattle for a ballgame or any event. Parking I feel should be included but at $7 a day wasn’t horrible. Great stay and great location.

We used the stairs, instead of the elevators. It was carpeted and looked pleasant than most stair way in hotels, but there dog hair everywhere. The room was spacious and roomy and the bed was comfortable. The AC unit worked well. Only had one set of wash cloth and hand towels for the two of us. Amenities provided was bare minimum, nothing special.
