Very convenient location. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Door handle broken. Needed to get key card done twice. Lobby looks like some sort of institution. Walls paper thin, you can hear every word of your neighbors. Pillows completely flat. Stains on carpet. Bathroom smelled strongly of pee.

Staff was nice. Not only was this the filthiest room I have ever been in, but the safety and security was unacceptable. The first room we were placed in smelled so intensely of ammonia/pee, we requested a different room, which smelled almost as bad. The key cards weren't working, so the front desk had to unlock our room each time we entered which made us very uncomfortable. The bathroom had no working light, so a lamp was plugged in, but the cord was hanging in front of the sink where you could trip on it (pic). When filling the bath for my kids, black moldy gunk spilled out of the drain. The carpet was so filthy and stained, that we had to wear shoes the entirety of our stay. After walking barefoot for 5 min by feet were filthy (see pic). My socks would get black from the floor. It seems as if this place has people who squat here and treat it like an absolute slum. So disgusting. I would have stayed elsewhere but everywhere was booked.

Stairway entrance on both ends and a midway entrance with no stairs?

I definitely wouldn’t call it breakfast, and check your air conditioner before you go to sleep!

The room was filthy, all the outside garbage were over flowing, looked like the garbage hadn't been picked up for weeks, the breakfast was just snacks and coffee and almost our when I arrived. I would not stay here again.

Much older than expected. Had weird blood looking stain on carpet. I just should have booked something with inside rooms I feel safer that way.

Not going to recommend this hotel to no one! The room smells really bad and the floor was way too dirty. They need to do some deep cleaning on the carpet and need to clean outside where the stairs is at. We ended up going to a different hotel.

I liked that it was a short drive from T-Mobile park but the property was dirty. Lots of garbage outside by the upstairs garbage cans. Smell like it’s been there for a while.

The location of this hotel is good. Easy on/off I-90. Not many other positives for this stay. "Breakfast included" was really just coffee and granola bars. Deceiving on the website. Our room was quite dirty upon check-in. The floor was sticky and there was crumbs, boxes of opened candy under the beds and no soap/shampoo. When I requested a new room I was informed they were sold out of two queen bed rooms. To their credit, they did send housekeeping right away and mopped, changed the bedding and stocked everything. Don't know that we will be staying again but appreciate the effort of the housekeeper.

Dirty stained sticky carpets. Curtains don’t close door don’t fully close no sheets I booked for 3 nights checked out after the first. Expedia won’t refund the unused nights and hotel isn’t helping either. Felt very unsafe, no pillows for sleeper sofa no toiletries would not recommend or stay again

It was in a convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The water temp and pressure in the shower were great. From the outside, the building looked great. The stairs and walkway outside our room could have used some cleaning. The absolute worst part was the floor and carpet cleanliness! The flooring and carpet were dark and the lighting in the room was sub par. I showered and walked back and forth on the carpet a few times to get things. When I sat down the put my sandals on, the bottom of my feet were filthy! I'm not exaggerating. My feet were dark gray/black where they had touched the carpet and floors. I took my sandals with me to the bathroom and then proceeded to scrub my feet with soap and water before I could put my sandals on. I live in a rural town and grew up on a farm. I'm not afraid of dirt or getting dirty. But when that filth has come from the carpet and flooring of a hotel room I spent the night in? That is a different ball game.

It was close to where I needed to be each day. The property is dirty and run down. The good smelled bad and the tub had mold all around it. The floors appeared to have not been cleaned in months.

This hotel was actually scary. The couch had a remarkable amount of stains to the point we didn't want to sit down on it. My kids had white socks on which became black after walking across the floor. It was dingy. I was relieved we only had to stay one night.
