Good

The room was clean. The staff (especially Stacy) were extremely friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast. The kitchen in the room is not equipped with anything. Not even a cup. You have to ask for a coffee pot, coffee, utensils, plates, anything you may want for cooking. But the office readily supplies them. We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to stay, as it is reasonably priced and close to our family. Thank you.

Room is clea the housekeeping is great and Stacy and Mario always take good care of u and rest of the staff when there here

The rooms are very clean staff is always great butt when u need something Mario will go out of his way to make sure if u need extra towels ir pillows him and Stacy will help u outif need help haily the go is great she will help u is long as it's not her day off butt she will always make sure u have a great stay

1 room, Studio, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking. Upon checking in we were told they over booked the room with two queen beds. We were down graded to a room with 1 king sized bed. I paid for 2 queen beds and I have requested a refund for the downgrade. I will change my rating, pending reply and refund.

breakfast is not rich; need to climb a slope to get the hotel; not allowed to temporarily store the luggage after checkout. Sheets won’t be changed during my stay. Laundry room floor is dirty.

Dirty. People hanging out everywhere outside. Tiny hot lobby. Motel is a better word

There were lots of transients around the property, garbages were all overflowing, and the door handle to our room was broken and not working very well. It was very hard to get into our room. It left a lot to be desired. Room was quite clean though.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean

The carpet was disgusting and shouldn’t be walked on. Stove was rusted. Garbage piles under steps. Tv stand was broken. Price was too high for quality of room. Breakfast was poor even for grab and go.

Rooms are always clean and pretty staff is always great

Vicinity. Our bathroom sink had no stopper. You could see a glob of goo-hair down the drain, which caused the water to not drain quickly. The bed was a soft well that caused you to roll in the middle of the bed. But the worst was the fire alarm began chirping at 11pm at night. The office told me to use a pen and push the middle button on the appliance. It went off again at 5am. Repeat of pushing the button with a pen. We stopped at the office the next morning to ask the to change its batteries. We returned that evening to a chirping alarm. We had to physically go to the office and have them move us to another room. The second room was cleaner, newer painted, bathroom sink worked and best was a quiet fire alarm.

Room, not clean found items from other guests left behind. There are lights that do not work and when brought to the attention of the front desk, "oh yea, new staff, long time" so I asked about a sign saying it was no good - and it was just not understood. the bathroom door was worn in the back - just needed paint, but looked used. the front door - SUPER LATCH -broke - only had the knob security breakfast was as expected, but while I was waiting to "talk about the light" they ran out of coffee cups - and I got the 4th last one. It was not well stocked on the ONE item they needed and none in sight. Nice people, but not enough of them for the size of the facility and has tainted my desire to stay there ever again, thank you -
