This hotel was actually scary. The couch had a remarkable amount of stains to the point we didn't want to sit down on it. My kids had white socks on which became black after walking across the floor. It was dingy. I was relieved we only had to stay one night.
-
Room smelled awful when we walked in - it was too late in the evening to try to switch rooms
-
Worst bed I have ever slept in. Poor breakfast. Small muffins and coffee.
-
Nice room, but not even a cup to make my morning coffee.
-
Room cleanliness was average. Front desk staff were excellent. Ground floor room was very noisy due to guests upstairs. Pick an upper room if noise is a concern.
-
Bad experience, key was not working, changed room twice.
-
Desk staffs are very nice and friendly and helpful. Location of the property is very good for family vacation; easy access to different spots of the area.
-
Was so so, funky smell to the dated rooms. Outside not clean.
-
The room had upkeep issues, the lock did not always work, there were cigarette burns on the counters, no smell though. The bed was clean and comfortable, and AC worked. No shampoo or conditioner supplied in the room. Plenty of parking, some sketchy people were lurking around the parking lot though and police did a drive through of the parking lot while I was there. Overall the stay was acceptable but for the price I expected a much more up to date room, and safer feeling stay

Update the rooms the room reserved had and awful smell on the carpet and the bath tube was peeling from bad restoration.

Staff was very nice. Room was just ok, bed a little hard but slept great. Felt safe. Be sure to check in before 11pm.

We were locked out of our room for over two hours at one in the morning. We got back from the concert around midnight and our key wouldn’t work. My car keys were in the room, so we were stuck outside. The office closed at 11 and when trying to contact someone with their outdoor phone, no answer. Multiple people came to the office while we were sitting outside with the same issue. I called non-emergency and they sent an officer over when available. He was able to find someone to re-activate our card. Just an awful experience!

We had reserved a room a couple months in advance and when we were on our way over driving over 4 hours we get a voicemail that they gave up our room? And because of the inconvenience having to downsize the room we didn’t get our money back from reserving the other room and or didn’t even get a discount for it…… over all room was decent and was good for the one night stay

The check-in staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was not very clean. There was garbage stacked up in the corners of the stairways, hair in my bathtub and urine drops on my toilet. The rooms seem pretty shabby and worn. Some of the other guests were extremely loud, with one guest at the end of my hallway leaving his door open all day and the TV blasting. Thankfully it got much more quiet at night. I would expect to pay about $75 per night for rooms like this, but the cost was much higher than that. The surrounding area is fairly safe and close to restaurants and stores.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Building and room was in poor condition, glad I only stayed one night.
-
Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, there was leftover food from a previous guest in the refrigerator, and the exposed metal bed supports were a serious safety hazard. I hit my ankles on them multiple times, causing significant pain. The condition of the room was so bad that I checked out within two hours. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend.

Location was quiet and pleasant. Front desk person was nice. Molding bath tiles. Black dust on bed sheet. One bed cover had a large stain.

Dirty, unsafe, smelly Razor blades on floor, smells putrid

Exceptional
-
Building needs a renovation, dirty couch, room smelled of cigarettes, tub was delaminating. Refrigerator, table and counters were clean. Bed was fine.
