We loved the stay at Hyatt. Good and spacious suites for our family

Room is clean but noisy came from the room above/kid run and jumped up and down, staff is helpful, breakfast is good, kitchen is good

I like that they allowed my dog. The breakfast is OK. The room was nice and it was clean.

During breakfast the tables were dirty and nobody was cleaning them. There was empty beer bottles from the night before on the shelf of the bar. Gross. The floor of elevators at 8:30am were filthy and sticky. My suite smelled like stale food it was awful. Called at 9pm to ask for another blanket and they never brought one.

The smoke detector was dangling in our room, long black hair in the sink and bathroom that did not belong to us, breakfast buffet was decent but the address was so loud you could barely have a conversation. The hotel is not situated close to the highway or interstate, but the street noise was heard all night.

Everything was great except all 4 of us woke up with sore backs. Beds were not great. Said they had waffles but they did not.

The rooms are clean. Breakfast has good varieties.

Breakfast was good, Staff was helpful and the rooms were well maintained.

Hotel staff was excellent; the swimming pool and hot tub were both clean. The included breakfast buffet was excellent; nothing like the usual mass-produced garbage typically seen. Lots of parking. The hotel bar was nice. All of the washing machines and dryers worked, and the prices were not extortionistic.

Really great breakfasts and friendly staff members in all areas.

It is a nice place to stay

Hyatt House Bellevue exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, welcoming, and genuinely comfortable. After long days of exploring the Pacific Northwest, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. This trip was filled with wonderful family memories, and Hyatt House Bellevue was a big part of making it so special. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Nothing really.
