Hyatt House Seattle/Bellevue

Sink and shower didn’t drain well. We didn’t bother calling the front desk for service because we were out sightseeing all day. Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent customer service. Our room was right next to the freeway and bus depot. It was very loud at night and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep.

The property was in a convenient location. Very clean and we loved the shower amenities. The daily breakfast was very good, had a good selection. The only thing I would have been good is if the breakfast was served a little longer. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location for us!

this hotel is above the freeway, but it will take 10-15 minutes to GET to the fwy. No close gas stations or restaurants. Set in a quiet neighborhood of business campuses and residential apartments makes it nice and quiet, but a bit difficult to navigate to get to downtown Bellevue.

This was our first time staying at a Hyatt House property. It was very clean. The staff were available and helpful room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite large. I like having the mini fridge and the microwave even though we did not need them. The free parking and free Wi-Fi were great and probably one of the better free buffet breakfast we had staying in this tier of property would definitely recommend and stay here again

Lovely hotel. Hot tub was relaxing and HOT! I like the second floor entry behind the building. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. I loved the sheet. The room ac worked great. Our kids loved the pool and all the floats and basketball toy they had for the pool area. The hot tub was a nice addition wished the jets worked a little better. Their breakfast was a nice addition. The location was convenient and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s our go-to hotel when we visit Seattle. The drawers in the kitchen are misaligned but that’s cosmetic. Great hotel and complimentary breakfast.

Great staff and Hotel

Two of the three people I spoke with at the front desk were very helpful. The room was clean. The pool area was clean and plenty of seating and lots of pool toys! The hallway smelled weird. Good variety for a hotel breakfast. The restaurant isn’t open on Sundays and there are many other restaurants nearby that aren’t open or close early.

Breakfast not as expected at all ;(. Room dirty (crumbs behind sofa bed), bathroom door didn’t locked, staff looked like they hated their job….

Everything was excellent

Everything was nice. They kept running out of breakfast food but the hotel was full. They refilled it but it was tough with a crazy hungry 4yo.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. Did not partake in breakfast or bar. Great stay. I would recommend
