Under staff. Room was not cleaned thoroughly as I see leftovers from previous travellers. No staff to do sofa bed at night and we need to set it up by ourselves.

Room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The wifi isn’t the greatest, especially during the evening. It is hard to connect and very slow. The pillows in the rooms need replacing, it is very flattened out and has no life to it. However, our room was clean, provided with fresh sheets daily, lots of available parking and free breakfast.

It worked for a night, but it didn’t really seem to have the polish Embassy Suites of the past had. The hotel seemed overloaded and overused.

Breakfast was okay but Housekeeping is a challenge. Specifically that many amenities weren't stocked in the room and the staff didn't complete requests for resolution.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Breakfast was less than expected. Mostly prepackaged items.

Very nice and spacious The housekeeping walked into our room an hour before check out, and we were getting out of the shower. Very disappointed in this. No knock. They just started to open the door. I’m just glad I had my towel around me and that my girlfriend was still in the bathroom.

The area is nice and quiet. I love how spacious the room is with great amenities and breakfast. However, I wish the hotel will work with you for late check out. The hotel has strict rule on check out no pass 11 am.

The location was amazing for easy access back to the interstate. There was construction near by but because we stayed on a weekend we didn’t deal with noise issues. When we utilized the pool area, it was out of towels.

Liked the look and vibe of the hotel Didn't like the cost, breakfast was pretty low tier compared to how much this stay cost, it was fine but we won't be staying here again or recommending. Also offer a virtual or drop box check out, waiting in a 20 minute line when you just want to leave is stupid.
