No body wash,mattress loose.

Musty smell in my room, but everything was clean and staff was very nice. Location is great. Many food options nearby. There are a lot of vagrants walking around nearby all day long.

A clean place with helpful staff. A little bit older, and definitely showing its age; there was a place where the wall had been obviously repaired, for example. And all utensils and mugs and such are disposable rather than reusable. But a clean, safe place to crash for a night.

Beware..This Baymont will not make your bed or give you fresh towels or empty your trash unless you specifically ask them to. No longer is cleaning a baseline service one can expect...they require you to ask for your room to be cleaned. It is on a sign on the Front Desk which you may or may not see...It is also on the check in which you may or may not read when you sign it. It is not articulated nor does the check in staff ask you whether you want your bed made, clean towels or trash can emptied. You are to know this and know to read the fine print. They also do not provide a door hanger to request that the room be cleaned. You have one that says you want to sleep in but in most hotels you can flip it to ask to have your room cleaned. It is disappointing to come back to an unmade bed and dirty wet towels after an evening event. When I complained to the staff they pointed me to the fine print on the checkout paperwork and their sign saying I have to request what I consider a basic service. Silly me I just expect a hotel to offer this as a basic service the advertise. Looks like they should change their advertising to ..A clean room only if you ask for one. In case this company does not know it they are in the SERVICE business....and to shrug that off and say SERVICE ON REQUEST is a poor business plan. I asked for an adjustment on my bill and they said we have this sign and this on your contract so no. They also said since I booked through Expedia good luck to me.

I hope they have two people at the front desk, especially when they’re expecting more guests. Overall, though, it’s worth your money.

It was a last minute booking . The room was perfect. The staff was very helpful .

Carpets need cleaning walls needs painting.Blind didn't black out light.

Everything was good except the lift didn’t work. We have to carry our big suitcases over the stairs.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. It would be nice to have some free bottled water in the rooms. The place felt safe and clean.

It is good one night stay. Would have been better if breakfast is better.

Not clean at all. Smelled. Nice staff, but zero amenities. No pool or hot tub and for the price not super stoked. Sheets had dirt in them. And zero shower supplies available in room.

Very nice stay want same room again

Staff were nice & breakfast was fine but rooms, furniture, carpet, everything was really rundown.

Room was dirty and very strong stench,stayed for 3 nights and not once staff service came in to at least replace towels or do beds.

Easy check in, friendly staff

The room was very clean. Staff is very welcoming. Have stay here on multiple occasions alway a great experience. The breakfast has recently inproved greatly.

Arrived late, went and grabbed dinner, came back and found the room was dirty; had two DIFFERENT dirty socks left from previous guests, a chapstick (I thought was a tampon) and other small garbage left in room. I called down and got no answer from front desk, it was really late so I checked the sheets and were just went to bed. In the really early morning I went down, as my mind was racing at the room condition, to discuss with the agent at the front desk. He said his boss would be in shortly. I came back after the boss arrived and told her the issues and the new things noticed:coffee pot didn’t work and sink wouldn’t drain…the boss that was there didn’t care and said because we booked through Expedia there was nothing they could or would do. It was a very disturbing stay and we won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere if you care for cleanliness or even customer service!!
