Front desk new employee was very nice They put us on the 2nd floor the 3rd floor had somebody that gets up very early in the morning, so we were unable to sleep.It was difficult getting to sleep in the first place. Then the same person woke us up very early. I left the front desk know and although she was very nice about it, she didn't do anything about it.And no compensation was offered in any way to try and make up for it. The bed was the worst thing i've ever slept in. At first , it was quite comfortable and very difficult to get out of in the morning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had everything you needed. It was a very nice breakfast Also had a coffee pot in room.

The pool was amazing and the staff was helpful. Dog friendly but our dog left with fleas.

Very friendly helpful staff. Dogs allowed for $25/night. Pool and hot tub. The grounds need to be cleaned up.

It does the job if you want a place to stay with breakfast and good cable TV.

The hotel website says 15.00 pet fee , but when you get there it's 25 00 , person said there was nothing she could do . How many people have what happened to me in a month , 300 , that would be 3000 extra there getting, someone should file a class action lawsuit to teach them a lesson

That was about it though. This place was surprisingly not as good as some of the other reviews had indicated it was. The bathroom looked like there was mold growing in the corners and that it had been painted over, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, there was piles of cans around the forested area up by the fence when I was walking our dog. It was ok enough to sleep at, but I wouldn’t recommend staying there with small kids. We had our 5-year old with us and it just wasn’t a great property.

If I could rate this hotel a zero, I would. Dirty walls, rusted and dirty items in the bathroom. Drips of something on the bed linens. Room smelled like cigarettes even though this was a no smoking hotel. We were so tired from our trip that we didn’t even want to complain. My 11 year old grandson didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. And he is a bug loving boy! The rating on this hotel is bogus. Don’t believe it. Find a different place to stay.

Staff was great Property is old and needs a deep cleaning.

Room was very dated and lacked coffee facilities. The flush on the toilet was very poor. A very dated motel room that need some love and care. Check-in staff was lovely and breakfast was ok.

Easy to navigate More of a booking issue, I paid for a double queen room, however a king room was reserved through Booking

Not much. First of the price when the went to book it went up from what we had seen and clicked on twice and I am not talking about the after tax price. So it went from $80 up to $169. Then we get to our room and there is broken furniture a drawer was sitting on the table, and she had put us is a room next to the freeway so I could hear traffic all night long. The bathtub looked like it had grim in in flloor of the tub. My husband called the desk upon getting to the room to ask for a different room and she said we are all sold out which was a lie because I went back out to the websight and I could still book rooms even the same type of room. Breakfast was also not as described. If we could have left after seeing our room and got our money back we would have.

the location was nice the room was clean and comfortable. my only complaint was the two desk clerks I delt with the two desk clerks were very rude for no reason at all. They profiled me and figured since I'm young with cash and a baseball hat I'm a hoodlum. The first clerk we delt with on check in was a middle eastern woman whom we felt was trying to hustle us. saying the deposit was 150$ and then refused to give me 50$ change when I gave her 200$. Then after check in I came down stairs to ask the Wi-Fi password (since the phone in room did not work) and found nobody in the lobby . on leaving lobby to return to my room the same woman came running in the door and insinuating I was behind the front desk! threatening to watch the security camera. I said"I please do because you will see I did nothing out of pocket. rude rude rude. desk clerk number 2 on seeing me in the morning getting coffee immediately asked me what room I was in with a attitude I wasn't a registered guest and shouldn't be having the complimentary breakfast. after clearing up my room number I fixed myself a plate ..ate it then fixed a small plate for my girlfriend who didn't feel well in our room. the desk guy came at me saying I couldn't bring my girlfriend a plate. I argued a bit then complied but eventually managed to sneak my woman a small breakfast. that said aside for the 2 desk clerks I have no complaints
