The staff was helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub but only one jet working. The room had an unpleasant smell and the remote didnt work but the staff got me a new one and I was able to have a late checkout with no charge. Breakfast was ok

Room was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast. No coffee machine in the room. Hot tub and waffle iron were not working. Breakfast 6 to 9 seems early. Lots of people at 9

Room was clean & large, bed comfortable, amenities good. Breakfast included scrambled eggs & sausage, a welcome treat. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We stayed there last year, and we'll stay again next year.

One of the first things I experienced was the overwhelming odor of urine in the elevator. Not a great first impression. The carpet in the room had strange sticky spots. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that was so insane about food and beverage in the rooms. It was strange to feel like I had to sneak a cup of coffee. There’s a fair amount of noise and the security latch on the door was useless. All in all not completely horrible but you def get what you pay for.

Incredible value. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and took initiative to problem-solve (waffle maker wasn't functioning correctly but they were trying to find a replacement/solution ASAP). Room was clean and tidy, as was property. There appeared to be a handful of people living out of their vehicles in the parking lot, but nothing shady. Clientele were a mixed bag--our neighbors above came in Friday night/Saturday morning after midnight and put their TV on loudly until at least 3a. There are quiet hours posted. I would imagine if we had called the front desk, they would have sent someone to ask for quieter behavior. Only two small pillows were provided for the bed (not normal-size queen pillows), but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. The bed was softer than I prefer, but not so soft that it dipped in the middle or anything. My husband is close to 300 lbs, so that's saying something. We had our 80-lb pup with us who isn't used to traveling, but we brought his crate and the bathroom was big enough to comfortably accommodate his food and water dish. There was enough green space at one end of the parking lot for him to be comfortable using the bathroom (he's a shy pooper and doesn't like going just in the dirt), and it appeared that most guests cleaned up after their pets, which was nice. There were some piles of cigarette butts, dried-up poop, and bits of garbage around the perimeter, but nothing beyond normal or that we couldn't avoid. Overall great value!

It was a wonderful experience for a "budget friendly" hotel. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was warm and fresh.

Beds were really nice so are the pillows. I loved it. It was OK

We stayed one night while in town for a family gathering. Located right off a main road so lots of traffic noise. The door to our room was very hard to open. Room was clean but did not have a coffee pot. I don't like to have to go to the breakfast area first thing after waking up to get a cup of coffee. I'll either not stay there in the future for that reason or bring my own. Plus they stop serving breakfast at 9:00 which I thought was too early. Staff was extremely friendly and kind.

The staff is wonderful. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows.

It was better than i expected. It is older, had a pool, hot tub, good sized breakfast area, guest laundry. Price on Booking was good. They ended up pretty full on Saturday. The people i saw or said hello to were nice. Staff were really really decent. I looked my room over carefully. Bathroom was good, carpet was good bedding good. Rooms could use a repaint. It had a second rate feel to it but the owners are doing a good job.

The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was okay but the pillows were so thick and hard I couldn't even use them. Also, the footsteps of the people above both rooms we had were very loud until the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on. No soundproofing??

A great place through and through really. The room was clean, free breakfast was great, and staff were really kind and helpful. Though the pool was freezing after being advertised as heated and the hot tub was down for maintenance, still a great place. What stood out was THE PILLOWS. Something so small really made a difference. I had such great sleep! I can’t emphasize enough! I will definitely be returning and maybe trying to buy those pillows haha

Advertised that there was a pool and hot tub, we got there and they said it was under maintenance. Non refundable. Other than that, it was great.

Breakfast was better that other motels. Very clean and great amenities. Property was very clean and d free of debris.

Close to freeway. Near a restaurant that you can walk to. Property looks like it is being updated which it needs to be.
