Wingate by Wyndham Bellingham Heritage Inn

What i don't liked, we got a room open the door and it was a somebody already in the room,

Friendly staff

I didn’t Staff rude and changed price

All of the outlets in the room were so worn that plugs just fell right out of them. The room was not super clean. The hallways were worn out. Breakfast was lukewarm warm and I witnessed a guest being admonished for trying to take some apple juice in a disposable cup out of the breakfast room (apparently only coffee can be to go).

Parking was ample, the room was clean, and the staff was kind and courteous.

Bed was great, room was overall rating of a 9 Nothing really comes to mind

There were multiple problems. The hot tub wasn't hot. The shower didn't have hot water and the drain was clogged - we had to change rooms. There were several other small problems that added up to many frustrations. We would not stay here again.

Not a good value as the cost doubled for the weekend we were there.

This is a perfectly adequate hotel among a sea of mediocre Bellingham options. Seems clean enough, but the mattress was wrapped in noisy plastic, the staff was nowhere to be found when I checked in and there was no bell, and breakfast was available and so-so.

The room was very comfortable and the staff super friendly! Our only concerns were the unhoused (homeless) that were walking through the parking lot and the guests smoking pot near the entrance! With the college just starting, the in was full!

Location was great. Breakfast was blahhh sausage and powdered scrambled eggs every day I stayed, like ground hog day same thing Aroma in room was over powering and not pleasant way. Room furnitures very dated

Bed: the bed was very comfortable Shower: nice pressure Wi-fi: the wi-fi was terrible. when I could get on it, it was miserably slow.

Everything! Staff so accommodating. Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable, but very aged. The location was convenient for me. Breakfast was not allowed to be taken back to the room. It is in a different building, which makes it very inconvenient. The management is not kind at all. Their staff is visibly afraid of getting in trouble from them. The stairs to the rooms are in need of repair. They are unsafe.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BOOK SOMETHING ELSE. This was the worst stay I have ever had. I have never written a review but I had no choice because it was so bad. The room was dirty, the staff was unfriendly and rude, the freeway is steps from the hotel so all you hear is traffic. The toilet was broken in my room and it ran all night. I called to get it fixed and they had no one to help me until the morning and would not move me to another room. The smell in the hallways was disgusting I could go on and on. We checked out first thing in the morning after getting no sleep from the freeway noise and the running toilet they wouldn’t fix. They would not refunded our second night and actually hung up on the person from Expedia who was trying to help us. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Hotel was fine. Nothing special but not bad either… hallway smelled of food, could have been a guest problem or a hotel issue but was strong & off putting… exterior doors did not shut tightly, leaving hallways open & therefore not secure... buildings are spread out with a road between, it was necessary to cross to get breakfast!

The hvac system kept the room either too cold or too hot. It did not work the first night we were there. House keeping never made up our room even on the days we left at 930 am. Continental breakfast was meh.

Location was great. did not do breakfast

Breakfast limited

The stay exceeded my expectations! Nestled in a quiet, safe area, even though it is next to the freeway. The room was large and clean, the bed was excellent. Hot shower, ample towels and amenities. Clean coffee maker and a variety of pods. Room service is available. The outdoor pool was clean and heated. The indoor spa was relaxing and much needed!! The check in was very pleasant. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was free and had all the usual offerings in a nice sit down space. We enjoyed our stay very much, and highly recommend it. We will be coming back if we need to stay in town again overnight.
