Good stay.

We stopped here specifically because it listed the EV charging. Only to show up and none of them were turned on or working. Inside the room, it was very outdated. The pillows were hard, and the mattress did not have a protective cover over it, which revealed that the mattress was actually ripped around the seams. The chairs in the room had visible staining on them and looked unclean. Staff was very friendly though.

Internet went out. I went down and pointed it out to front desk clerk. They said they would take care of it. While I was standing there another guest called front desk. As result TV was also out. No one ever called my room to explain or apologize or offer a discount for next time. End of the world ? No. Below expectations? 100%

The workout room is excellent. Like many Motels they use pillows that are so thick they are unusable, they break your neck. Why not provide thinner and more shapeable pillows that work for everyone?
-
Great staff. Very helpful. Full breakfast.
-
The towels were really thin, the phone didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable. There were yappy dogs down the hall.

And the staff were friendly The only issue we had and this isn’t a bad thing, but if you do arrive at night and it’s late at night and it is Dark one of the buildings we stayed in had no lighting where you park on the outside of the hotel and also had no lighting, going up the dark stairs, and we noticed the lighting on the outside of the building where it would be lit. The lights were burned out. We did mention this to the MANAGEMENT. I’m sure they’re going to get it fixed repaired

All was good Nice place

Staff was top notch & beds were excellent. The room has been updated with nice amenities, but the tub shower was old school. Great value for the price.

Super noisy front desk did nothing about it

Everything

The mold is an issue. We had a plugged up bathroom sink and it was never addressed. We requested clean towels and the response time was negligible.

The room I was put in was on the ground level. Unfortunately, the ceiling / floor above transfered noice exceedingly well. As a result, the noise of the people above me each night during a three day stay was intolerable. I would not recommend a room on the ground level.

Good place to stay for one or two days
-
The only complaint was that all the surfaces were really sticky

Upon checking in there was only one staff member, my husband (age 85-disabled) was waiting in the car but needed me back quickly, the staff kept getting interrupted by the phone, I explained my urgency and she kept putting me off three times and ignoring my request to return my charge card and ID as I told her I could come back later after I resolved my husband’s problem. When she finally found a room it was on the third floor and there is no elevator. My husband can’t do stairs. Tried to ask her to cancel and I’d come back. She did not cancel; about two hours later I came back, new staff member now it’s after check in time but they were short cleaning staff so short wait on the room. Ok, room not handicap assist, in fact there is not even any handicap parking in that building. There was a thin blanket on the bed and I had to cover my husband with our coats. There are pieces of old stairs under the new steps. There is dog doo on the sidewalk walked in and tracked all over by someone, the coffee maker in our room was broken and no one responded to my notice to them it was broken. Breakfast was horrid and again not handicap accessible.; their rule is no food in the room. Powdered eggs and cardboard tasting sausage. Awful. The doors are incredibly heavy and a handicapped person could not go in or out without someone to hold the door. Totally horrible stay.

Upon arrival, I explained the situation. Neither the hotel, Wyndham corporate or Expedia were willing to resolve the problem. Each kept passing the buck back and forth. As a result, I was forced to pay for a night I did not use. One more example of how corporations only see customers as wallets, not human beings. Wyndham will never get my business again.
