Quality Inn Grand Suites Bellingham

The man at the desk looked unkept. The first room we were given smelled gross and the wall paper was peeling. It didn’t look like the pictures. I asked for a different room, and was shocked that it smelled even worse-like cat pee. I was not given a refund and had to pay for another hotel. I will never book here again.

Place very old and extremely smelly everything very old I would go back ever. They charge my credit card for incidentals andI haven’t got my money back

Nice to have a pool and hot tub

Location is excellent. Parking is excellent.

Ease of checking in and out Surrounding area, vehicle vandalized in parking lot, fire alarm going off at 2am, room was rundown, furniture was worn out, given wrong wifi password, tv barely worked.

Our air conditioning was not working.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very dated and old. The included breakfast was minimal, and the coffee pretty bad.

The front desk was very nice and the facility was clean. The breakfast didn’t include a meat option it only had eggs and potatoes and waffles.

I head talking walking from the room above or next. Especially they stayed up to 1:30 am.

Very great location.. close to Canada Not much.. the entry on the side of the building didn't have a key access, so you can only enter through the lobby

Easy to book The price skyrocketed for just the couple nights I needed , and not even reception could tell me why. I paid double with a normal rate.

very tired property... mediocre (at best) breakfast. not well located for Western Washington University... had to replace room key three times as it kept getting de-magnetized (or something)... just an okay experience - would not recommend if other options are available.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Because I booked through a third party for two nights, I was unable to get my second night refunded. The hotel was okay but it would have required 3 hours of extra driving for us to return for the second night. I wish I would have booked directly with the hotel.

It was nice but the breakfast needs to work on. Eggs mixed with corn ? Toaster was in hiding. Tea bags hot water suger not well accessible. They were all over.
