Really helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a little above average. Room was clean. The whole place could use an update. Excellent value for the price.

Breakfast was good, staff were helpful and courteous, close to shops nearby, room was clean, swimming pool was close for renovation.

The breakfast area was chaotic!

We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew that the pool was closed. Wish this was disclosed on site before we booked as other hotels state that. We specifically chose it because it had an indoor pool. Bring an extra blanket for yourself as they only seemed to have 1 extra one

Well, we would not stay there again. The outside looks pretty good but when you get inside and into the rooms, it is run down. The shower was dirty and hard to get into. Just crazy design like we've never seen. The breakfast was bad enough we felt the need to go to a local restaurant. Just not our kinda place, like Walmart but a hotel.

Price and the lobby looked decent. The front desk guy made a few weird comments about my credit card. I didn’t see listed that the fitness room and pool were both closed for who knows how long. Another weird comment from front desk guy about that. The room had an odor and the bathroom is a poorly updated if at all, the shower is funky. The stairwell also has bad odors and needs updating.

Clean room, breakfast is good

Suggestion: Put out some butter early so that it isn't freezer cold when people want to use it. Suggestion: Use fresh eggs in the egg/sausage section. Suggestion: Ensure that there is enough sausage. Suggestion: Have better selection of teas. Suggestion: Keep enough coffee for every guest to have a couple of cups. Suggestion: Have some honey set out.

I would have appreciated more fruit and some cooked oatmeal. Also the first morning the milk container had no milk and the tables we not being cleared off after people left. I would have liked cooked oatmeal and some fruit.

Pool closed permanently. Coffee pot broken and remote on tv didn’t work.

Although it is on a busy street it was not noisy in the building. The room was nice and quiet.

There are very few words to express how terrible this hotel is. It is dirty. It is broken. The only saving grace were the girls at the desk knew all of that and they were very sweet about it. It seems very cool to have your employees have to make up excuses for the horrid place that management has created?

It was serviceable..but the property was very run down

Decor and colors a bit dated. Some parts of the room not fully clean (corners and under desk area), Lamp had dirt on the base. Lamp shade worn out. Not a bad place to stay - just some attention to detail needed. Convenient location to our destinations.
