In a casino parking lot, room smelled horribly of mold, bed was really tall yet toilet was kid size, AC did not work well, breakfast was a joke

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and did not feel properly cleaned. The door was making a very unpleasant noise, and the refrigerator and microwave were also making loud noises. Overall, the room was not comfortable, and the cleanliness was far below my expectations. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

Horrible, I had no option to take the one star, hotel had drug addicts all over the parking lot, we were chase by one 3 times until we left the parking area, next morning I left and advised the desk clerk we were leaving even though I rented for 3 nights, I tried to get a refund by expedia and Hotel Bellis stated I stayed there the whole 3 nights, they lied to expedia so expedia was not able to refund me,Never again

The loud music coming from a speaker on the reception counter made discussion during check in almost impossible. Staff were otherwise friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate though limited in variety.
