It was a very quick overnight stop. Everything was good from our point of view.

Clean room and staff was polite. Coolung for Refrigerator in my room was not that great so I couldn't use it. Overall it was a decent stay.

The room was clean and well maintained, the only thing was there was a stench of cigarettes in the elevator and stairwell.

Room repaired with duct tape. Staff nervous and evasive. Didn't look at laundry or sample breakfast. After looking the at place decided not to stay there. Currently in a dispute with the owner over charges.

The breakfast was good. Our room had a power outage for half of our stay, so that was inconvenient. It was caused by another tenant.

Nothing Horrible location. Drug area. Overdose down the hall. Not a safe space and staff did not pay attention or ask the people loitering to leave. The staff never acknowledged the guests. Another couple checked in, went to their room, came back to the lobby with their luggage and told them they wanted a refund and were leaving.

Nice evening and overnight staff. The elevator was out of order. Sort of fixed 2 days after my check in. (Sign, "use at risk of failure.)

Staff was extremely helpful and them allowing me to check in early for a small fee was extremely helpful as well it was quiet and peaceful I will be staying there again

They had a 24 hour front desk and breakfast that seemed nice, wifi was ok. The door was broken, and so was the toilet handle, which they did try and fix right away. I called early in the day to try and get a ground floor room and they said they could do it, we come I n around 10 pm to check in after a long day of driving, We arent on the ground floor and the elevator is having issues. I use a wheelchair ( which they knew) so I was pretty annoyed.
