I was very pleased with the facility in general. It was clean. Breakfast buffet was terrific. Pool well maintained. My only disappointment was the response to getting new batteries for key to work. Lots of excuses but took 2 days to fix. Overall do recommend this motel.

The stay was nice, but looking into the office at the front desk was a total mess. I think they need to close the blinds on the office. Looks like a tornado hit.

It was ok ,I would have liked to have been closer to dog area and pool. It was clean . I questioned if the sheets had been changed on the bed I slept in . . However.

My only complaint was the pool does not open until 10:00AM. I wanted to swim laps and take a shower before meeting our friends to enjoy Bend but was only able to do it once in the 4 days we stayed here...and I had to rush to be ready in time. Also, check out time is 11:00 so that doesn't give one time to swim, shower and pack out. The staff said it is so the pool/maintenance guy can test the chemicals and tidy the area. This process took all of 5-10 minutes ( I watched each morning) so why wait so late? They should hire a pool guy that can come earlier in the morning like the other hotels I have swam and stayed in the last 60 years. Other than that, everything was nice, especially for the price. But I was really hoping to swim each morning so this was upsetting to me.

The room was clean and the service was impeccable; I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. However, unlike other guests, I needed to work online from my room, and the Wi-Fi speed was too slow, which made things difficult.
