Ginny, at the front desk, was very helpful and accommodating. She suggested a great shop to pick up some additional "pet" supplies we needed for our trip. We would stay here again.

The balance was destination fees, parking fees, state & city taxes.

I could have stayed for days. Rooms are really spacious. Having two sinks was fantastic. Staff couldn’t be more helpful!! The fire pit was worth it all - I enjoyed coffee in the morning. Great property.

I needed an accessible room and it was great. Turned out my parking space faced my patio, so all I had to do was roll my luggage into the patio and through sliding glass door. Super convenient. The staff was very helpful and the pool was well maintained. I was however, disappointed to have to pay 11$ a day for parking.

For the money I paid to stay in this hotel I expected more. The location was convenient however the actual hotel room was very outdated. The carpet was old and stained. The screen door to the patio was broken and kept falling off. The patio itself also was covered in dirt and not very clean. Some of the charging outlets did not work and the light switches were in very inconvenient spots. I would not recommend this place for the amount of money I paid and would take my business elsewhere.

On site restaurant and bar was convenient and high quality. Food was great.

We liked it was centrally located and the room with the river view was peaceful. There were hidden fees with parking. The overall cost of the room was more than quoted on Bookings. The hot tub was not working properly. And beds were hard.

They stay was good, however the restaurant had minimal choices for food and the day of checkout house keeping was knocking on the door at 08:45 and woke us. Upsetting as check out isn’t until 11:00 am.

The lodge was nice, right next to the river. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge had horrible service! We went there to relax and have a couple drinks. The waitress took awhile to get our order. We asked to sit by the firepit but couldn't light it and all we could smell was propane so we moved to a different table. No one would come by to see if we needed anything. My drink was $12 and it was horrible! I couldn't drink it. Our waitress didn't come back to check on us so we decided to go to the room. We went to the bar to see about closing the tab and the bartender wasn't helpful and told us our waitress was on a break so we had to wait for her to return. We went back to our table, but when she finally returned we had to seek her out. The lounge wasn't busy, she just wasn't paying attention. Two drinks was $25 and I left a full one on the table. When we finally got to the room, we decided to relax with tv and none of the stations worked. We tried Netflix, but the movie was constantly interrupted by buffering. We planned on having breakfast before we left but we checked out early and decided we weren't giving the lodge or their restaurant another dime. The experience wasn't worth the price.

Room was great and the river view and water sounds wonderful. Too busy - unfortunately we stayed at a time when there was a. convention and all rooms were full. Check in was really slow and hectic (not the staff's fault) and we could not get a check-in before 4pm.
