The property was so dirty and run down, we did not stay. We were charged full price even though we canceled. Dirty, roped off with caution tape in the lobby. There were broken down cars and glass in the parking lot.

They weren't even open! When we arrived there was a sign on the door stating they were temporarily closed.... seriously? I'm getting a refund but finding another room at the last minute wasn't easy.

The room No elevators and had to get escorted to the room everytime because key card was down

Elevator was broken and had to walk to the 5th floor by stairs! Smoke smell everywhere.

They had a sewage leak in the lobby and it smelt disgusting. The sewage guy was outside and confirmed, sewage water was everywhere.. The elevator and key fob system was broken, so the desk attendant had to walk everybody to their rooms which everyone had to take the stairs consecutively to had to be swiped in their room by the attendant and if you left the room, you had to take the stairs go back to grab the attendant to swipe you back in.

Customer service was insanely poor, workers were very intoxicated and unprofessional. The elevators and stairs weren’t working and the keys to the rooms weren’t working. The room smelled like cigarettes and smoke and had stains in the comforter and pillow cases, smoke detector was took off the wall and it felt very unsafe.

Poop splatters on my bathroom wall, hair and dirt on the floor, and towels had holes and were frayed

The best thing about this hotel is, it’s by the airport. One of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever been to. Nasty bathroom, dirty bloody sheets. People smoking drugs outside of the hotel front door.
