The room(s) we were given smelled absolutely horrible. The smelled the rooms had flooded and weren't cleaned properly, very moldy smell. The staff was helpful in our checkout and process of a refund was quick.

Carpet was also frayed in the room and had to be careful to avoid tripping.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was a very nice size. There weren’t really any outlets and pretty sure my bed was broken but it was doable for a night stay.

The staff was helpful, but the carpet in our room was so gross. I wouldn’t take my shoes off at all inside the room… even to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I made sure to put them on. Plenty of hot (HOT!) water though.

Everything was good once you get past the neighborhood trash you inevitably get around this area. We walked to Rally's to get supper but did not feel we were safe in doing so.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My room was so dirty and the front desk girl was so rude. After seeing how dirty my room was I asked if it had been cleaned. Front desk said yes but gave me a different room. My family left to get a few things from Walmart and the front desk girl called and cancelled our room and told us to stay somewhere else. That was at like 9pm

Filthy lobby, hallways, and room. Breakfast was cold cereal and ziplock bags with bread and a toaster. Fights in the middle of the night with broken glass and cops called. Disaster!

Smell in the whole building and bathroom, breakfast the Expedia said continental and was only bagel with jelly but that is not so important for me was the cleaning. Please doing better for your guess
