The first room smelled like smoke, had no shower curtain, no towels, and was dirty. They moved us to another room, it smelled like mildew, the towels were dirty and wet, and the beds smelled and were damp. They had no more rooms available. Expedia tried to help, but disconnected our chat without coming to a conclusion. We had to find another hotel. We went back the next day and the owners said they’d fully refund us, but we have heard nothing since from the hotel nor Expedia. Terrible experience all around and I’m out a lot of money - none of this was my fault.

Even though the room was labeled as non-smoking, it definitely smelled like smoke.

Front desk staff was friendly on arrival. The room was big and spacious with a kitchenette. The chairs had mysterious stains on them. The bed had what looked like puke on the bottom. There was what looked like blood on the curtain.

They had a nice goldfish pond. Their breakfast was good! The sweet lady with the short hair running it was precious! Elevators didn’t work which is awful for a person with several auto immune diseases!! Furniture in suite was dirty and stained. Dirty towel in bathroom and the stairwell smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was disgusting!!

Elevator broke down had to use the stairs stairwell was not very clean look like they hadn't vacuumed or cleaned the carpet in years everything else the room was nice they had air run and it was cold that's all
