We booked this room, showed up and were told that we had been over booked. The only room available was a room with a broken door. The front desk clerk said hotels.com/expedia should have contacted me. They hadn’t. I only had an email asking how check-in went when I hadn’t even checked in. I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia trying to figure out what was going on. This was really frustrating after 9pm with food and two cranky kids in the car. I don’t know where the miscommunication happened, if it was the hotel not telling the site or the site not reaching out to me. Either way, bad experience.

The pool was closed because it was so dirty and the toilet seat was falling off the toilet. Beds are comfy

Staff were very helpful and genuinely kind! The outdoor fish pond was refreshing. The hotel carpet is filthy and needs replacing. The TV kept going out. Saw a roach in the lobby. They were low on towels and sheets. I will not use this hotel again… pay few more bucks for better quality!!
