Dalvin greeted us as soon as we walked in by our names. He is and has always treated us like family, as have the rest of the staff there!! He and they are 100% Awesome!

The Staff always greets us by our first names, as we do them. “IF” there are any issues big or small. They (the staff) jump on it and handle it. This is our “Go to” place in Bessemer. I rate it 10 of 10!

The entire stay was great. The staff made our days feel less uncomfortable and more like home.

The front desk made a great effort to keep us in the same room even though the reservations were made later in the day

I love the front desk guy he was so nice and I got a chance to speed the will and I won 2,000 points which was very nice... Like I said the front desk guy was really nice I requested the second floor which was given to me and my room looked nice and cleaned but the furniture was very nasty and it was so much noise going on at the hotel that night. I have stayed here before and it was nice and quiet but this time it was horrible for 200.00 dollars I could've stayed at the embassy Suite at almost the same price...
