The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was decent. The staff overall was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff wasn't as friendly as the other staff, but they did replenish the food in a timely manner. Overall, a good experience and I would book again.

It would be nice if the rooms had an actual bathroom door instead of sliding partition between the closet and the bathroom.

We stay here every time we go to Bessemer to see family, and we are pleased every time. Clean, friendly, well stocked, good breakfast, super close to a lot, and right off the interstate! Highly recommend.

Good location for my needs staff was very good and super helpful. I was traveling with children and they were very nice to the kids and the pool was very clean and well maintained.

I was traveling with my limited-mobility Mother, and the wheelchair accessible room was absolutely perfect for our needs on this trip. The "grab bars" in the bathroom were much needed and gave me a sense of relief that she could use them so easily so that she could have some independence there. The hotel lobby, dining area, elevator, hallways, and our room were very clean. The staff on shift were extremely helpful and nice. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We will be staying here again next time we travel through Bessemer. Even though there were a lot of rooms booked, our stay was quiet and peaceful on the 4th floor and right across from the elevator.
