Breakfast was nothing really just eggs and sausage and bagels and a waffle maker , the elevator sound like it was about to break down and I had the nerve of being on the 3rd floor & lastly the pool was out of order.

How close it was to Alabama splash adventure and how close restaurants were. Arrived pool was closed the entire stay, part of why I booked was because of the indoor pool. Next we checked in and after a few hours the room above us were running and stomping, called down to the front desk and they didn’t even have us checked in but we had been in the room for hours. Bathroom door was off centered along with the room door. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed while showering. The floor was uneven. Shower was not clean good thing I always bring cleaning stuff when I stay at hotels. TV wasn’t connected to the internet. Although it was convenient in location I def would have chose another hotel in that location. Reviews said it was newly renovated, I couldn’t tell.

Could have used another wheeled luggage cart - only saw one and it wasn't available at check-out time.

It’s in the middle of everything. Bathroom was not clean and the microwave was nasty once again. And floor wasn’t to clean. Next time I will take pictures.

The only bad thing was the doors slam in the room. No carpet so you hear the people above bad also.

Room floor not level ,bathroom door doesn't stay shut even if you lock it,sink held up with 2/4 leg,pool not maintained staff not friendly. Etc.

I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND FOR MY STAY. WHEN I GOT READY TO GO TO BED I NOTICED MY BED SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. HAD HAIR AND FOOD CRUMBS ALL OVER THE BED AND YOU COULD SEE THE OUTLINE OF SOMEONE ELSE BODY. THE FRONT DESK PERSON WHICH IS SUPER NICE GAVE ME SHEETS TO CHANGE MYSELF. WHICH IS NOT MY JOB. ONCE I GOT BACK TO ROOM AND STARTED THE HOUSE CLEANING I FOUND A LARGE PEE STAIN THAT WAS JUST UNDER THOSE SHEETS. SO THE TWO COVERS HAD NOT BEEN WASHED AS WELL. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. I TOOK PICTURES OF ALL OF THIS. I COULD NOT JUST PACK UP AND LEAVE HAD TO BE AT WORK WITHIN 4 TO TO 5 HOURS AND THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS. SO I COVERED THE BED WITH NEW SHEETS AND SLEPT ONTOP OF THEM. WAS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Everything was pretty clean. The indoor pool however was pretty nasty. The gym was amazing.
