Breakfast was nothing really just eggs and sausage and bagels and a waffle maker , the elevator sound like it was about to break down and I had the nerve of being on the 3rd floor & lastly the pool was out of order.

Could have used another wheeled luggage cart - only saw one and it wasn't available at check-out time.

The only bad thing was the doors slam in the room. No carpet so you hear the people above bad also.

Room floor not level ,bathroom door doesn't stay shut even if you lock it,sink held up with 2/4 leg,pool not maintained staff not friendly. Etc.

I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND FOR MY STAY. WHEN I GOT READY TO GO TO BED I NOTICED MY BED SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. HAD HAIR AND FOOD CRUMBS ALL OVER THE BED AND YOU COULD SEE THE OUTLINE OF SOMEONE ELSE BODY. THE FRONT DESK PERSON WHICH IS SUPER NICE GAVE ME SHEETS TO CHANGE MYSELF. WHICH IS NOT MY JOB. ONCE I GOT BACK TO ROOM AND STARTED THE HOUSE CLEANING I FOUND A LARGE PEE STAIN THAT WAS JUST UNDER THOSE SHEETS. SO THE TWO COVERS HAD NOT BEEN WASHED AS WELL. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. I TOOK PICTURES OF ALL OF THIS. I COULD NOT JUST PACK UP AND LEAVE HAD TO BE AT WORK WITHIN 4 TO TO 5 HOURS AND THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS. SO I COVERED THE BED WITH NEW SHEETS AND SLEPT ONTOP OF THEM. WAS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Everything was pretty clean. The indoor pool however was pretty nasty. The gym was amazing.

The amenities were also great—I really enjoyed the pool, the exercise room, and relaxing in the comfortable lounge area. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

Pool was disgusting, couldn’t see pool toys or foot at bottom of pool. Had stuff and hair all over it. Was disgusting. Pool area was just as dirty, does not get attention. Room itself and hotel/breakfast was good. If booking for pool, do not book!

It is what it is. At least Hotels com got us a good price, (Wasn't worth using our credits!)
