great staff, great breakfast and very clean

The chlorine in the pool was too potent. My eyes were burning from the hall leading into the pool room. Also my room was just outside a smoking area on the main level so I could smell that in my room. Other than that the stay was nice. Clean and friendly staff.

Wonderful

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast is trash on the weekends. Both Saturday and Sunday. And the kitchen staff is not friendly. Also is was a small child helping out in the kitchen area

The room was very large and updated. The air conditioner worked better than most hotels I stay in and kept a consistent temperature and I never woke up hot like I do at other hotels that won’t allow you to control the air and wake up in sweat.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel was clean and comfy!

Hotel and staff was wonderful

Overall fine, but the sleeper sofa was worst one of any hotel stay ever. It felt like nothing but a sheet was covering the mattress springs. It was so bad, one kid slept on the floor on top of a couple of pillows while other slept on sofa cushions instead of sleeper sofa mattress. If you don't need to sleep 6 people, then it would be fine.

I liked the relaxing areas and the breakfast areas.

Property was very clean and convenient to Alabama Splash Adventure. Dalvin at front desk was very helpful and takes pride in his job. Dalvin was and is awesome! I will definitely come again and highly recommend friends and family. I have no dislikes or complaints at all.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was clean, the staff was very professional, and it was convenient to places we wanted to see.

Being roomed, by a family reunion.. I was unable to use the swimming pool or recreational areas all weekend.

Everything was going great until I lost power in my room. I was offered another room but my flight was leaving the next morning other than that everything was great!
