Very run down, overall the property outside & inside needs sprucing up. Walls, floors need painting, fixing. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. The room & beds were clean, but the towels were dingy & bathroom needed updating. I also wasn’t happy that there’s a security deposit! I overlooked that when I booked. Lesson learned! I was disappointed with this specific hotel property!

Not my best stay at all. The rooms show extensive wear that could be fixed but management doesn’t seem to care. I was asked to make a security deposit of $150, which I think it’s a lot. No room cleaning for people working on night shift. Also, the breakfast is a disaster, starts late always and it is always the same thing. No changes on the menu. Oh, yes! Laundry was not working, they are waiting on parts, all machines, can you imagine? None of them works. Towels are very thin and bugs can be seen in the room floor. Some receptionist are careless.

Went well. Wish I could have received a late check out of more than 30 mins. Usually as a Diamond member they will give me to 1pm.

Due to time, we did not have breakfast. Coffee smelled good. Check-in process, at the hotel was confusing, and embarrassing.

I did not make it there. Tried to cancel my reservations, and couldn’t. So I didn’t stay there.

There was a lot of noise banging on the walls through out the night. Sounded like plumbing issues. Also, the Air unit monitor was beeping constantly throughout the night. Did not get a good nights rest due to these issues.
