Very run down, overall the property outside & inside needs sprucing up. Walls, floors need painting, fixing. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. The room & beds were clean, but the towels were dingy & bathroom needed updating. I also wasn’t happy that there’s a security deposit! I overlooked that when I booked. Lesson learned! I was disappointed with this specific hotel property!

Went well. Wish I could have received a late check out of more than 30 mins. Usually as a Diamond member they will give me to 1pm.

Due to time, we did not have breakfast. Coffee smelled good. Check-in process, at the hotel was confusing, and embarrassing.

I did not make it there. Tried to cancel my reservations, and couldn’t. So I didn’t stay there.

Could have worked the room more. Was out of shampoo and towels.

There was a lot of noise banging on the walls through out the night. Sounded like plumbing issues. Also, the Air unit monitor was beeping constantly throughout the night. Did not get a good nights rest due to these issues.

Yogurt was good. Room was outdated and not very clean and can say the same for elevator and hallways. Dirty; worn out.

Wall unit did not work to control the air. 2nd room had spiders. Everything else was good,

The condition of the hotel was run down. The furniture in the room was damaged, and rickety. The wifi connection was unstable. The sound proofing was pore,and the noise from the highway was loud.

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds cozy in all. Has kitchen area and fridge for comfortable long stays. 10/10

It was very dirty, the fridge and window A/C were loud all night, poor construction and maintenance.
