Price was decent next expected for the room to be cleaner Was accused of smoking in the room and heater didn’t work so we had to be moved to another room.

It was close to restaurants and convenience stores The room needs paint and fresh clean towels they were dirty and greasy looking also furniture needs to be updated plus and carpet replaced there was no shampoo bottles or conditioner and no cups also property needed exterior paint and there were people standing outside the rooms drinking alcohol parking also needed resurfacing and stripping

It was wonderful to stay there the staff is awesome and I'll stay there again

Honestly nothing It felt very unsafe, the room had a horrible odor to it. The door didn’t latch securely. The room was nasty.

The bedding was very clean both times I stayed, as was the bathroom sink. The office guy has been polite and kind both times. The AC is very cold. My first stay exceeded expectations. Everything in room 33 was clean and bright and smelled good. Dirty. Especially room 30. Room 33 was great. But room 30 smelled like urine. Every surface was dirty except for the sheets and the bathroom sink. The curtains need to be cleaned and hemmed and put on better wraparound curtain holders because too much light gets in, they are dusty, and they are stiff to the touch.

Affordable and quiet

I arrived late, but the front desk guy knew I would be and was there to greet me with a smile. The space is so clean, and it smells so wonderful. The AC is really cold. There's a fridge and a microwave, along with a big TV. Very comfortable! The place is a little dated, but as a motel connoisseur, I can confidently say there's more to like than not at this Delux Inn.

The owners have just recently purchased the motel and are putting a lot of effort into the motel's renovation over the next several months. Rooms are small but clean with new beds. The motel is very peaceful with no issues on the property or the surrounding area. We got a good nights sleep after a very long drive and would stay here again none

What I love about Big Springs is it also has an awesome YMCA and as a member I can use them anywhere. Perfect combination of small town vibe and access to everything you need. Bob and his wife made me feel welcome and at home from the get go. And my preference on a place doesn’t have so much to do with amenities and features as much as energy. I stay here because I feel safe and because I feel like I’m home. Highly recommend the Delux Inn. I really don’t have anything negative to say. I have to drive between Albuquerque and Austin and it’s like the place I like to stay.
