Sleep Inn Big Spring North I-20

No specific complaint. It adequately filled the need for a place to stay for the night. Nothing special but fully adequate at a reasonable price.

Just stayed for a night passing through. It was ok but wouldn’t recommend a longer stay. WiFi wasn’t working. The front desk clerk told us she would put us in a room in the center of the hotel where it was better but it didn’t seem to matter. Breakfast was substandard. Stayed with the prepackaged things as the eggs etc seemed hours old. Elevator needs maintenance as does the whole hotel. Carpet is stained and torn in common areas as well as our room. Bathtub rusted and mildewed. Probably better choices in Big Spring.

Friendly staff, greeted us as we walked in. Breakfast was good. Bed seemed comfortable. Good stay.

Clean room ,friendly staff, good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Hot shower. Great tv service. All around great safe place to stay. They even had free toothbrush and toothpaste when i could find mine. They also have food/snacks to purchase. A+

Nothing! However, the staff was friendly. This place needs a facelift. The rooms are cramped; furniture is old; the bathroom was awful…towels were no longer white, cracked tiles, disgusting bathtub, no internet…etc.

Bathroom have hairs from previous occupants and shower head looks dirty. Didnt have energy to raise it as I was tired from all day drive. No wifi on 3rd floor and I cannot connect my Netflix to their tv.

We booked for one night and didn’t book another night like I wanted to initially. The AC never got cold and the room wasn’t very clean. Room also had an odor to it. Would not stay there again

Great, clean, comfy beds. Nice bathroom-tub was old/rusty at the drain/ needed new caulking. Funny art in our room: 2 offset pictures- by only 1/2 inch. This looks like they were attempting to line them up and couldn't quite do it. (Off set by at least 2 to 4 inches for aesthetics.) Also, over the 2nd bed, the two framed pieces were IDENTICAL. If there are that few pieces of art to go around between the rooms, at least place the identical pieces over opposite beds, not the same one! LOL They were at least visually appealing black and white photographs instead of the ugly modern "art" many businesses put up. Would definitely stay again.

I know that we all cannot afford dental but who you have at the front desk is a representation of the establishment. If your front desk supervisor has no teeth, I know it’s about to be a disaster. The tub…. Looked like it had been sitting outside before they installed it. I kindly asked to be moved because I would not let my feet touch that tub. We got into a different room…the tub wasn’t AS nasty but it sure wasn’t clean. The shower head was fully rusted. The pool was drained so we couldn’t use that. The staff was kind though. Overall, do better. Don’t buy cheap appliances and be adequately staffed. Then maybe people will return. I will not be returning

The location was great and close to dining. Also liked how close the major highway to the hotel. Staff was also very helpful with recommendations.

This place is extremely run-down. Holes in the tile flooring etc. Breakfast was very meager offerings. The internet did not work during my stay, despite calls to the front desk "I'm using it right now". Absolutely would not recommend.

Staff was nice but did not properly deal with key cars so had to go back down to get a key card that would work. She handled it well. There was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower over the top of the curtain. Gross and and because if they find damage like dirty cloths and towels they will charge for that. Not a fan of others used linens and or being responsible for others! So is it a gimic to get something out of someone or is it the cleaning staff? Who knows?

Rooms looked run down and lobby tiles were broken. Bathroom tub looked old and chipped paint. Room was small and crowded. Cleaning staff not friendly at all.

Pool was closed.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds were great. The air conditioning what wonderful and the breakfast was very good as well.

Spacious and clean, well appointed rooms, good breakfast
