Ryan told us still no rooms were ready. When he overheard me mentioning to my husband that according to IHG, if any room is available, Platinum members were allowed to check in. All of a sudden a room is available? Bad customer service.

New property, clean, 15-20 commute to airport. n/c for overnight parking. Gas stations within 1/4 mi.. restaurants within walking distance (next door actually) did not sample.

We were put in a noisy room. People upstairs had a baby walker running back and forth. Next door people up most of the night laughing a carrying on. Road noise. Unlike our first night in a different room. It was great so we came back though and stayed again. Completely different experience. I sleep! The facility was clean and nice but this room noise was unbearable.

Staff was kind, the room was clean and comfortable. The blackout shade with no light gaps was amazing! Breakfast was also good. A full sized luggage trolley would be a plus. We have a baby and had to make two trips to get everything since it was pretty small.
