I was greeted by professional and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The lotion was great. Very pleased with my stay.

Our shower had no water pressure or hot water despite having hot water in the sink. Otherwise, property was nice. It was great having a gluten free option for breakfast.

I had her cancel our reservation but she did not refund our money. I had to have an agent from Expedia do that on my behalf. I will NEVER, NEVER stay at this hotel again. EVER!!!
