We stayed in many hotels in many towns on this trip and this one was one of the nicest for sure. The free breakfast was the best one of our 10 day trip. Hotel was clean and attractive...a great choice to stay at while in Billings.

The location is great. Close to everything but not in the middle of town so allows for easier access in and out of the area. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. Staff was welcoming and very polite. This is probably more guests related than the hotel itself, but many people slammed the doors when entering or exiting their rooms and you could hear it. Another issue we had was someone trying to enter our room when we were sleeping, I cracked opened the door and told him he had the wrong room but he said his key said the room number we were staying in. I told him to speak with the office. I am unsure if the office actually double booked the room or if the person had incorrect information and had the wrong room.

Nice place

The hot breakfast was great - so many delicious options for everyone to get something they liked. The room was spacious for 4 people to share. The pool, spa, and fitness room were nice, my son was very happy with it! The shower curtain didnt meet the tub the entire way. Every keyed door besides the room was hard to maneuver and open once keyed, I think we tried the pool door 4 times before it actually worked. The snack area was nice but very inconvenient to have to wait for other guests to check in in order to pay- a self pay kiosk wouldve been nice.

The king suite we were upgraded to was great! Very clean, great bed, and seemed nearly new. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful!
