The Hampton Inn-Billings was great. The rooms were nice and clean and the property was well maintained. We were traveling wihh th our dog and they had nice grass areas to take her potty, complete with pick up bags. We had a great experience

This hotel in one of our haunts. Easy access to freeway. Walking distance to restaurant. Staff is great. Breakfast is great.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. Very clean property. Guest laundry room temperature was 88.5 degrees, possibly as high as thermostat would go. The property did not list a sauna as an amenity, but I did sweat off at least 5lbs in the 2hrs I was there.

The room was huge but bathroom was small. They should have used some of that space to increase the incredibly small toilet/shower space.

Kim at the front desk was just super and helpful and let us in early and helped us find places to visit for our first visit to Billings MT. We will be back.

Overall, the hotel was very nice and the staff were wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast and staff were very nice. The only complaint I have is that the bed frames in our room (#417) were "backwards." The part that should have been toward the wall was at the bottom of the bed. Both my husband and I knocked our shins on the metal which stuck out but was covered with a bedskirt. These should be rotated before someone does some real damage to themselves. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice.
