SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Billings

We stayed there before and we like the location. We could walk to Lampman trail and restaurants. Breakfast had a lot of choices. It was good value for the money. The beds were comfortable and the shower strength was good.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, good breakfast and comfortable, clean room.

Very good

Exceptional

every things was great.

I discovered two hairs at the bathtub which it means not properly cleaned.

Comfy bed, plenty of space.

Passable

Friendly staff very helpful and attentive, and provided information as needed for the surrounding areas for restaurants.

nice location

Breakfast was good but average for the 140 a night. Too much milk or water in the eggs . Too much chemicals in the hot tub. Easy to fix but when the desk person was told he came up with a lie on the spot. He said it was just treated right before I got in but I had seen other people in there for quite a while before I got there.

Horrible place to stay would not recommend this hotel

Spent one night there. Our room was clean, breakfast was really good. We were exhausted after driving all day so we Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Ordered pizza from place across the street. They delivered and it was delicious. Good location. Stopped in the morning before getting on the interstate to grab a few items from Sam’s Club and Bear Spray from Bass Pro. The stores are located side by side.

We arrived an hour early and the front desk personal was less than friendly. They we short staffed on cleaning crew. When we returned in an hour there was a new front desk woman who was wonderful—Crow. Bathroom was clean. Shower was hot. Breakfast was good. Shampoo and conditioner were tiny bottles barely sufficient for one person. Bed was ok. A good one night stop. Parking was sufficient for truck with trailer

Clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast.

The clerks in general seemed grumpy and the building had an old building aroma as soon as you walk in.

Bed was hard, room was very warm

Friendly staff, clean facility, reasonably priced, easy access to interstate. Should have bigger coffee cups, but breakfast was good.

We enjoyed ourselves and it was very good not a lot of people at breakfast time so very enjoyable.
