SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Billings

The other room we had the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. The rooms were not clean and had more stains under the sink. After we reported the stains on the bedding we asked for the room to be refunded, which they denied.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly, treadmills is nice. Loved the upgrades.

Friendly staff Good breakfast

The TV remote was missing from the room, had to go get one from the front desk. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not. Had leftover hair in the bathtub, but the bath towels appeared to be new. The AC worked well and we liked having a fridge/microwave in the room. Stayed on the 2nd floor and the one and only elevator was extremely slow. The breakfast was just ok. The hotel's location was convenient. All in all, a very mixed bag. Not sure if we will stay again.

Breakfast was awesome! Bedroom was clean, comfy and a very comfortable feeling. Elevator was a bit squeaky since our room was right across the way. Other than that, no complaints.

The room was clean and newly renovated. Hallways were clean too! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices! Front desk attendant was helpful and nice!

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Bedding and towels were fresh and felt new. Room was large and well maintained. Pool area needs an update.

Room was not clean. Trash was not taken out at breakfast buffet and nothing was being refilled. No towels at yhe pool and the staff was not friendly.

The wheelchair accessible shower had a tub chair instead of the attached fold down making it difficult to transfer due to movement of the chair.

Front desk lady was a little scattered. The pillows were flar as pancakes. We didn't like the bar soap--prefer bath wash. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was quiet and wifi decent.

Great breakfast and it included bacon and eggs, toast, yogurt and coffee.

Clean and comfy room

Very clean and updated. A good west end location.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Nicely remodeled, perfect location for us traveling to Washington.
