The room was clean and the location conveniently near the interstate for traveling. The bed was comfortable. Parking for $10 was disappointing as the rate for the room was already high, it should be inclusive of parking for 1 vehicle.

Nice hotel. Not sure why they feel they need to charge for parking. Room was very dusty, but new.

We got what you’d expect from this property and this company.

There was a sewer smell when u walk in the front door.

In the little time I was there, I found this hotel to be greedy. They CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING! PARKING costs 10 WIFI is only free if you want slow internet and the toilet paper is SUPER THIN! They didn’t even have to decency to call me or come to talk to me. Instead, took the COWARDLY way out to deactivate my card.

Wish there was a pool. Bar and restaurant area was nice. Room was clean.

Bar was a little limited because they hadn’t received their shipment.

I barely got any sleep because it sounded like the people upstairs were moving the beds around all night. The shower was open. It was cold taking a shower.

Very convenient location. The rooms were beautifully clean. The stay was comfortable. Parking was abundant and convenient. The check in process was a little tedious. I really noticed this when I needed something later and had to wait in a 15 minute line to ask the front desk for an extra pillow. Otherwise lovely stay.

Great, easy stay

We did not use any amenities. The front desk staff was polite, and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Wonderful location to get around Billings. It helps that the property is new. There was no complimentary breakfast nor swimming pool.

For a hotel this size not to have a continental breakfast was disappointing. There was a Star Bucks coffee shop close by and in the hotel (busy, not worth the wait) so that was a plus. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. There was a fireplace outside at night with seating that was very nice. The people at the desk were helpful and friendly. Would have been 5 stars if not for the continental breakfast. You could get breakfast, but it was not included in the room fee, which was at the high end for the area.

We received a last minute room substitution at this property because we were overbooked at our chosen property. Courtyard room was very clean but you could hear every toilet flush all night long. There was also no free breakfast. You could purchase breakfast at their bistro starting at $15 per person.
