Front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet at night.

Very nice property!! Clean safe and helpful staff!!

My son and I arrived late around midnight. We were initially assigned a non-smoking room that unfortunately someone had fouled in the not too distant past with cigarette smoke. The the front desk clerk immediately found us another room that was immaculate without a problem. The breakfast was fine.

Booked an ADA room because my sister uses a wheelchair.I was supposed to be able to put a rollaway in the room. The room was entirely too small to do that. I ended up booking another room just for myself. The ADA room had Carpet throughout the bedroom area. That makes it very difficult to move a wheelchair. The bathroom was a nightmare. The roll in shower had no shower curtain. Water got everywhere and made it a slipping hazard. The shower seat was entirely too low. There was no way my sister could push herself up off of that shower chair. She ended up taking sponge baths.There was not enough space under the sink for her to slide her wheelchair into. To top it all off there were spiders and bugs in the bathroom. There were one good things about the stay. The staff was fantastic and tried to address it as many of our problems as they could. We will not stay there next year on our way up to glacier national Park

The hotel and room were updated and modern. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was okay - not a great variety of hot foods. The shower drain was really gross and didn't drain at all - almost overflowing during a short shower.

The room and bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the biggest reason for the low rating. The shower was dirty upon arrival, there was hair and some grime in there already. The shower door did not stay closed, it would stay open about 12 inches. The hottest temperature of the shower was tepid, at best.

The beds were so comfortable. The room clean and a great breakfast!

Had a room on 2nd floor. Room above me on the 3rd floor was very noisy. Not the people in the room but just the noise of them walking across the floor were very squeaky and woke me up multiple times. Seemed like an old house from the early 1900s. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few options. Minimal parking spaces.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful to all my needs. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious and a nice variety....eggs, sausage, waffle, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice and milk. The area was nice and clean. Coffee was was good & fresh. Air temperature and control worked well in room. Bath room an walk-in shower were extremely clean and nice.

This was a very clean hotel. Good customer service at check in.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff at the front desk day and night were excellent and very helpful. Our room was nice. The breakfast was delicious each day and Tammy, the lady who made it all possible was fabulous. She was friendly, made recommendations, made sure you had everything you needed, and kept everything clean in the dining room. She kept tables wiped off as well as the buffet and coffee areas. She replenished frequently so there was always plenty of food available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and good hot breakfast Being given a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator not working.

The front desk attendant was very apologetic and offered alternatives or someone to carry our bags for us. Because everything else was great, we opted to stay, so took those 3 flights. So glad we did.
