Fairfield Inn & Suites Billings

Had a room on 2nd floor. Room above me on the 3rd floor was very noisy. Not the people in the room but just the noise of them walking across the floor were very squeaky and woke me up multiple times. Seemed like an old house from the early 1900s. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few options. Minimal parking spaces.

Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Has some trouble getting checked in. I was charged additional fees.. It was resolved, but took a couple phone calls.

Did not eat breakfast. You need to put in chair high toilets.i am 6" 4" it was a long way to sit. Bed was a little soft but was comfortable.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful to all my needs. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious and a nice variety....eggs, sausage, waffle, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice and milk. The area was nice and clean. Coffee was was good & fresh. Air temperature and control worked well in room. Bath room an walk-in shower were extremely clean and nice.

This was a very clean hotel. Good customer service at check in.

Breakfast was pretty decent for continental.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff at the front desk day and night were excellent and very helpful. Our room was nice. The breakfast was delicious each day and Tammy, the lady who made it all possible was fabulous. She was friendly, made recommendations, made sure you had everything you needed, and kept everything clean in the dining room. She kept tables wiped off as well as the buffet and coffee areas. She replenished frequently so there was always plenty of food available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and good hot breakfast Being given a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator not working.

The front desk attendant was very apologetic and offered alternatives or someone to carry our bags for us. Because everything else was great, we opted to stay, so took those 3 flights. So glad we did.

We arrive and the bathrooms are locked. Then our room was on the third floor and the elevator was not working so that was fun lugging everything up 3 flights of stairs! The mini fridges weren't working in the room and the shower was pathetic!

Elevator was broken when we went, other then that everything was good to go and the A/C was nice and cold.

Everything was good That for the price I paid for I didn't even get the room I booked and was moved to the 3 floor

I rented 2 rooms. 1st room was great, 2nd room was supposed to mirror the 1st room. King size bed, walk in shower. No king size bed and a regular tub in the 2nd room also. Could not go any higher than 1st floor due to elevator being broken. Was offered a room with a water leak that workmen would be coming and going during the stay. Ended up in a 2 queen room with a tub\shower. Person staying in this room was a 94 year old man who can no longer walk.

No complaints Would return.

We checked into our room and there was a dirty tooth pick under the floor lamp and bottle cap under the tv. Not as clean as we hoped
