The room was dirty and all they did was offer me other rooms that were just as dirty. Did not comp anything or receive any points. After checking about 4 dirty rooms, I settled on the last one but it had a pill on the floor who knows what kind and a dirty stinky refrigerator that I asked them to clean but couldn’t until the next day.

They didn’t allow me to check in because they don’t except local identification!

My family loves the location. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The price was a little higher this time but I am willing to spend that for good quality.

Nice place to stay and good location.

Location great. Front staff did take care of room change. First room smelled like weed change room to the second room second room did not have sheets for sofa bed and the bathroom floor was tacky in as whatever was used to clean it

Breakfast was beyond expectations. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work.

Great place. Always seem to have a good experience at Springhill Suites. Front desk girl (think her name was Kayla) was super nice and deserves a raise in my opinion.

Good breakfast Good room layout Blackout curtains. The bed felt stiff and old. The HVAC is very loud. Very low water pressure. Shower floor is stained.

I liked how friendly the staff was I didn’t like that there was a shortage of towels for rooms and the pool

I booked through Expedia,I don't know who's fault i was but my room wasn't booked for the 2 nights. The hotel blamed expedia and expedia blamed the hotel. However I was moved from my room to another room. It was a hassle. I'm not sure who's fault it was but I gave it a 3.
