The property was clean and everything was provided at a typical hotel. The desk staff were very competent and friendly.
-
They didn’t make the beds or pick up dirty towels or give us clean ones as we stayed two nights. Nor did they empty garbage.

Terrible experience. It was dirty, dust everywhere and smelled terrible. The hotel has dark energy to it.

But this fell below what I would expect from a Springhill suites. The pool was especially bad. I scooped out filter no less than 15 bugs, and there were hair clumps everywhere. I don’t know if maybe the filter was out or what. All I know is that it was dirty. The pool deck was also dirty, and there were no clean towels. In addition, the hot tub jets were not working. The breakfast was pretty good, although one day the eggs were burnt, and the next day the eggs tasted like they had three times the salt needed. When we come back, we’ll probably try it one more time because it’s a great location. So hopefully some of those things are just a fluke.

The pool was terrible!! I would not even let my granddaughter go in it!! It was freezing cold and had floating stuff in it that looked like snot! There was black mold in the shower in our room. The beds sagged in middle and creaked every time you rolled over. I did stay at this motel a couple years ago and it was nice. It has become very run down. i expected more for the money and it being a Marriott!! It was more like a Motel 6. I will not stay here again!!

Shower drain was a bit slow, but the room was clean, bed comfortable.

This was a very comfortable stay. The unique option of 2 queen beds with a sofa AND a twin trundle bed under the sofa made it very functional traveling with our teenage son and daughter. Room to spread out was appreciated. The hot tub and pool were nice and the breakfast had a lot of options, especially a healthy and delicious oatmeal bar. Our room could have been cleaner - it needed some deep cleaning in corners, walls, etc but was not terrible. Beds and linens were very comfortable.

Our bed didn't seem as though it was changed? The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay.

Staff was amazing and super accommodating

The breakfast was very good. Great variety! The staff were very friendly and attentive to details. Everything was very clean. The sofa bed was not comfortable to sit on. Too deep and firm. The AC unit was also quite loud when running. We would have appreciated a small freezer compartment on the refrigerator for our ice pack.

Big rooms it was quiet two good restaurants right behind it. Kinda confusing on how to get to it

The room was spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the fact that Texas Roadhouse was right next door and we were given a 10% discount for Texas Roadhouse with our stay! The only downstairs were the elevator was sketchy (simple fix, we just used the stairs) and the breakfast was pretty terrible (actually the worse we’ve seen in a long while!) cold cereal was the only edible thing. Other than that, it’s great!

There were used towels in bathroom and toilet not flushed upon arrival. The desk clerk offered to move us. We declined. The shower drain was slow so we used those towels to soak up overflow from shower. The beds are getting older now and starting to creak. But the pillows are still the best!

Everything Nothing

I love how kind everyone is. The breakfast help is so kind and helpful! The bed was a little to soft for me but lots of people like them that way:)

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. I like that the pool stays open until 11pm and that check out isn't until noon, makes it nice to be able to sleep in and not have to rush to get check out on time. Location was a little tricky for GPS. Run us around a little bit until i figured out it was same parking lot as texas roadhouse then i knew where to go.
