Great Breakfast!

My stay was wonderful! The front desk well informed and friendly. The room was clean and fresh. My stay good I'll reserve my next stay at Days Inn. The comfortable relaxed property was well enjoyed. The breakfast, coffee was great. Thank The staff at Days Inn located on Parkway in Billings, MT my stay was wonderful and I look forward to my next visit. Three was nothing I didn't like during my stay. Very satisfied guest.

Room was large & clean. Shower was nice & towels didn't feel like sandpaper like some places 🙂

They had a variety of choices. Hot and cold. The kitchen lady kept everything stocked. The first night of our stay we had to park on the street. Our car was untouched the next morning, but the parking lot was full.

The day staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The person who checked me in on Sunday night made me feel as if I was intruding. She needs to work more on being pleasant

Stairs and issue (my fault for not asking for ground floor), dogs barking during night, (I’m a great housekeeper—so am judgemental here) no one cleans tops of doorframes/lights/bedposts, pictures:”/tv’s, didn’t clean fridge or microwave, under the sink faucet was dingy, spits on the light fixtures, & a gross stain running down the wall behind the bathroom door. I find it dodgy when HK doesn’t CLEAN THE TRASH CANS!!! You put a clean bag in—can’t you see the grudge??? Overall it’s a good place to stay

There was a big area for my dogs to go potty. Comfortable beds, clean room. Being so close to the freeway.

Our experience here was terrible. Upon arrival we noticed homeless and sketchy people in the parking lot. I immediately wanted to leave. We went in and let the young woman at desk about the people. We checked in and the room we were given was on the first floor with the homeless people living in their car right outside the window. There was also a old truck with two guys in it that clearly didn't belong. They were talking to a teen that was in the office area when we arrived getting popcorn out of the area ment for people staying there. The room was filthy and I told my husband this place does not feel safe and I wanted to leave. I told the desk clerk I wanted a refund and explained what was going on here I did not feel safe. She called the manager and was told to call the police to get the people gone. But couldn't give me a refund because I used Expedia to book. I immediately got on a chat with Expedia and told them what was going on and I didn't feel safe, they refused a refund because the way I booked it it was non refundable. I said even the condition of this place and the homeless and sketchy people parked outside the room?!! They would not refund. Not wanting to pay twice for a room in another hotel the desk put is in a room on a higher floor. It was clean and we were tired so we stayed. Slept with one eye open and kept looking out to make sure our car had not been broken into! So lesson learned, do not use Expedia and if you do pay the extra $8 to make it refundable.

The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. And the shower was clogged.

Clean rooms and courteous staff I booked 2 rooms for one night for 5 pepple..when we arrived I was given 2 rooms which were handicap, and only had one queen bed in each room. Luckily the 5th person didn't come so we could share each bed, but would've preferred 4 beds as I thought I had arranged for in the reservations.
