We enjoyed the selections at breakfast.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful, even when multiple guests are checking in and checking out. Breakfast is always hot and tasty. A good place to stay. Wi Fi is very good!!

Torn curtains, dirty bathtub, dark and dingy interior. The air conditioner worked well, though.

Check in was a breeze. The gal at the front was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comforable. However the air conditioning unit wouldn’t stay cool. Had to turn it off several times before it would work properly. Other than minor issue, the stay was overall a good one. Would stay again.

Room had dirty cleanex on floor and flies flying around. Staff was helpful hallway smelled like weed. Breakfast was okay. Lots of parking space

Our room was poorly maintained. The bathroom in the room was covered with mold. There were holes in the curtains from sun damage, so when the sun came up, it woke us up in the morning. The paint and caulk around the room were peeling off or chipping. The room was not only right next to an elevator with an annoying bing sound but also a vending machine. All night the elevator went off and people visited the vending machine.

Front desk assistant was outstanding.

The beds were clean, but everything else needed a deep clean. I know it not the hotels fault, but the front desks warns certain guests that gas sometimes gets stolen out of cars on there property.

Front desk staff was awesome. Have your housekeepers before they check the room off as cleaned to check to see if the tv and cable is working we went the whole night without cable and it’s not our responsibility to check the hdmi cable is plugged in we didn’t have cable until right before check out and the front desk lady could only give me a refund on my pet . Very unsatisfied with housekeeping not checking everything before they check the room off as cleaned ..

The staff was very helpful.

The room was FILTHY. There was garbage under the beds and wierd brown particles that came up from the bathroom sink as well as the sink may have been clogged. My 2 year old daughter found a used flosser that was not mine. The floors were clearly not vaccumed in a while. I had to call the front desk for help with the TV, she came up and helped. While she was in the room, she heard the guests above me running and jumping around. She told me to call down if it continued. It continued until 2 am, I tried over 15 times to contact the front desk about it from the room phone and my phone. My kids didn't get any sleep therefore I got barely any sleep. The paint on the walls was chipped and I felt so uncomfortable during my stay. Also, the halls smelt like weed. The facility is dated and very unclean. I will never book a stay there again.

King room was spacious and comfortable. Other than check in, a smooth and positive stay.

Easy to book No parking the room smelled like you’re in hair in the bathroom. The beds were itchy. They were not very nice. The stairs weren’t very accessible. There’s three different buildings. Their breakfast is horrible and there’s a lot of uncomfortable looking people outside.

The tv remote didn’t work. The carpet was dirty. The carpet in the hallway was really dirty.

The room was mostly clean. The curtains came out of the wall when we tried to close them, we were able to get it back up. The toilet had a leak so it kept randomly filling

Manager was friendly The room had bed bugs and we had to leave everything in order not to transfer and my kids have allergic reaction to the bites I documented but not a word on remedy our situation

Close to highway and clean

The room was surface level clean but the carpet is old and dirty beyond what a vacuum can pick up. Breakfast was mediocre but better than nothing. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking is very full if you get there late at night but i did at least always find a spot. They are right next to a warehouse of some kind and it is very loud pretty early in the morning so if you like having the window open in summer while you sleep be prepared to be woken up. There was still hair stuck to the wall in the shower from the previous guest so I guess it's a good thing I'm not squeamish.
