The room was clean, pet friendly with outdoor access, quiet, and close parking

This was the absolute worst experience of my life. First room had bugs in the sink and no water in the sink. No cleaning service no extra towels. Complete dirt and disgusting.

This place is extremely run down and not clean. Black mold in the room, torn up carpets, peeling paint, broken faucets. We left there was no way we were staying there.

If you like sharing your space with bugs this is where you should stay!

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Garbage in the hallways, had to change rooms multiple times during checkin due to rooms not being cleaned and doors not closing all the way. I knew I was getting a rough room but it was so overpriced even for a trashed place. I would have rather slept in my car.

They were overbooked and the area seemed sketchy.

I have reached out to the owner of this hotel and they have NOT replied to me. The place was disgraceful. Unclean, loud mysic and partying allowed late at night by the pool (dispute the rules), the room smelled like burnt rubber and mold, shower was broken, they tried to fix it with the handle next door ( knew it was broken already but still placed me in that room without letting me know), breakfast not stocked well before close down and impossible to speak with anyone who had any authority. Front desk lady was nice however she was looking for another job because of how difficult it was working with how the place is ran. They will not contact me to refund me or make it right. Will be blasting this on ALL review sites!

    The room

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Would give no stars rating if I could. This place is run down the staff is rude. The breakfast is non existent. Rooms are dirty. Bunch of drunks/druggies.

The air conditioner worked great and there are tasty waffles for breakfast. On the downside, the hair dryer didn't work and the bathtub didnt have a stopper so couldn't be used for baths.

AC worked but noisy, no shampoo

    Thanks

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Had no working ac and had to deal with the makeshift maintenance guy that was tweaking on meth (literally watched him whip out a meth pipe in the lobby and light it up) to come in and tap on the ac unit and give up. There was a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience but when we asked about changing rooms we were told it would be an additional $50 because we had dogs. Unfortunately everyone else was booked for the weekend so we just suffered with the room we had.

Just bad. Do not stay here.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

We arrived after a long day of travel with our pets and were turned away because we had a cat, despite the hotel being listed as “pet friendly” and not just “dog friendly.” Hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and generally sketchy, and front desk staff were rude and abrasive. Avoid at all costs.

It was not cleaned properly. Corridors was smelling bad. One of the room handle was broken and for other one not getting locked. Will not recommend to stay with family here. Also Expedia need to maintain some standards and remove there type of hotel from the list.

We arrived after a long day of travel with our pets. The woman at the front desk was rude, abrasive, and told us there was a chance we would not be able to get a room because they were overbooked. Although she did find a room in the end, she turned us away because we had a dog and a cat, despite the hotel being listed as “pet friendly” and not just “dog friendly.” We never signed the check-in paperwork, yet the hotel has claimed that we did and refuses to refund us. Hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and generally sketchy. Avoid at all costs.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Highly recommended
