Had no working ac and had to deal with the makeshift maintenance guy that was tweaking on meth (literally watched him whip out a meth pipe in the lobby and light it up) to come in and tap on the ac unit and give up. There was a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience but when we asked about changing rooms we were told it would be an additional $50 because we had dogs. Unfortunately everyone else was booked for the weekend so we just suffered with the room we had.

Just bad. Do not stay here.

Friendly staff, good parking, A carb breakfast. They only had, toast, cold cereal, and waffles. And ran out of coffee
-
First room reeked of weed, second room had a huge blood stain on the floor as well as multiple pee stains. Lots of ripping wall paper and the bathroom wasn’t very clean

We arrived after a long day of travel with our pets and were turned away because we had a cat, despite the hotel being listed as “pet friendly” and not just “dog friendly.” Hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and generally sketchy, and front desk staff were rude and abrasive. Avoid at all costs.

It was not cleaned properly. Corridors was smelling bad. One of the room handle was broken and for other one not getting locked. Will not recommend to stay with family here. Also Expedia need to maintain some standards and remove there type of hotel from the list.

Shower and sink were both broke

I was never able to get the room; the Booking app showed five rooms available. However, upon arriving at the hotel, the person at the front desk was selling the rooms to other people (at much higher prices), so they claimed there were no rooms available... even though there actually were. IN SHORT, WE NEVER RECEIVED SERVICE FROM THIS HOTEL. WE WERE DECEIVED, AND THEY SIMPLY STOLE OUR MONEY. was never able to get the room; the Booking app showed five rooms available. Not thing in particular Breakfast, nothing offer on the table except toast coffee and waffle, nothing eggs fruits or pastries. I think this was the worse continental breakfast offer to customers

No smoke detector, no shower curtain, gfi outlet was broke and had char marks from burning, was told by the night shift worker that it’s probably fine, even though there’s no smoke detector to trust it with even, dirty floor, wasnt vacuumed even, no shampoo not that it mattered without a shower curtain. Stains all over the room, sticky floor, food and garbage behind the fridge, dirty microwave, dirty fridge, terrible bed, and rude staff because I didn’t go to them right away even though I checked in at 9pm didn’t get to my room until 1130 that night after dinner with family. Was told it was my fault for all those things because I didn’t go to them. I was told at check in since I booked with Expedia all my problems go through them; and because Expedia called the hotel I was informed that the night shift manager was mad at me because they were rude to her like it gives her permission to be rude. $98 room for the night and wouldn’t have even paid $50 for the night. 0/10 will never be back. Should be added I stayed here a few years ago and it was very nice and pleasant. Now they treat it like an apartment complex. People live there and have vehicles for sale with all their junk in them, campers out back, old vehicles broke down and sitting there. Absolutely horrendous place to stay. And all the night shift worker said was “it’s the foreign exchange students that do the cleaning, they don’t know any better.” Even though when I was leaving all the house keepers were all adults.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Property is in a state of disrepair. The room itself was dirty, window screen bent, chair stained, bath tub dirty, ceiling tiles stained, window drywall falling off. Hotbtub out-of order. Pool area had dog droppings and tile peeling. Back door entry card reader broken. Pictures online dont represent the condition of this property. Avoid this hotel unless last resort.

Room needed a lot of repair. Staff was very heipful and respectful. Breakfast was poor. Not much to choose from. Had to have staff start the unit with a pen as a button was missing. Would not recommend to friends.

Do not stay here. The first rooms we were given were on the 2nd floor. The back entrance door was not secured at all. Anyone off the street could enter at any time. Carpet on stairs and in hall were filthy. Halls smelled of pot horribly. Got into our rooms and they were absolutely gross. Dead bugs on floor, bathtub was dirty door handle on bathroom was broken. When I went to the front desk to complain there was a couple outside our door

My first kid was conceived in there rooms
