Motel 6 Billings, MT - South

I made a reservation at this motel. This app or whoever runs this app took pur money for th3 stay. When we arrived the HOTEL WAS CLOSED DOWN. SHUT DOWN. NOT OPEN! but they sure took our money!! We had to find other accommodations! I demand our money back!!!

The motel was condemned and there was caution tape all around it.

The property is a dilapidated shell. They are not open.

Hotel was shut down for renovations and the website did not reflect this closure and still accepted bookings/payments. There were 6 others that pulled up to the parking lot when we did and we were all scammed from this motel 6.

Motel destroyed and closed down

This hotel is abandoned. Was able to book a room, but when i arrived, "no trespassing" signs all over and a cop car parked in the parking lot.

Just got scammed out of 277 hotel was under construction and they wont refund the money back

DO NOT BOOK this motel! It is closed permanently, but still available for booking on certain website. I reserved mine on a .com site and was charged and I’m no awaiting a refund.

Why would Expedia book and allow payment to go through to a motel that’s derelict and closed?? Both Motel 6’s (across the street from each other) are locked up, empty pools and broken windows. Several other clients drove up to get their rooms which they had booked through Expedia, only to find out they had been ripped off too. That night I was on the phone with Expedia for 3.5 hrs to have them find me a room elsewhere and the could NOT. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle that night!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

We paid for our night's stay in advance on Expedia. When we arrived to check in the Motel 6 was closed for renovations with no contact info posted & no trespassing signs everywhere. We even checked the other Motel 6 in Billings MT & conditions were the same. I hope we get our full refund. We were devastated as we had booked this for medical visits.

You booked a room that wasn't available in a hotel that was closed And should've been closed months ago Shame on you for not being more professional

Nothing We never stayed. We asked for a full refund once we saw/smelled the room. We were told not a problem, but we had to contact booking.com to get the refund. The property wouldn’t answer your email or phone calls nor my email or phone calls. I am told the manager has to handle the refund and every time I call, they say she isn’t there. This problem will never be resolved and we never even stayed there because of how unclean it was. Could you please help me with this matter??

I reserved the room through Expedia only to arrive and find the motel was no longer even in operation in Billings.

Value on the dollar, just needed to sleep before heading down the road. Slight smell, I got past it.

I really enjoyed my stay room was clean and staff were c amazing

price was given 3 different rooms, none had hot water for a shower - which is why I got the room. Ended up leaving. No refund available
