Staff was pleasant. Hotel is older and fairly run down. Sprinkler system sprinklers were just cut into the ceiling, and the drywall was never fixed. Actually thought the dust and grime surrounding the sprinkler was a dead mouse at first. Tile cracked and grout dirty. Breakfast was sub par. Truthfully I would not stay again.

The hotel is going thru a re-do and so it’s not overly attractive at the moment. I would stay here again no problem. The staff are magnificent.

Good service and quick check in

Our check in was rough, there was no one at the front desk. We waited and rang the bell for 5 minutes with no response. We then went looking for help, took about 5 more minutes to locate someone. We booked a king bed, none were available. We did get a $20 discount on the room. The TV remote was not working. Called the front desk and was told to bring the remote down. Person at the front desk tried to put a new battery in the remote and broke it. Then had to get maintenance to bring a new remote to the front desk before returning to our room.

The breakfast was usual, nothing special but filling and the breakfast area pleasant.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Good location right off the highway. We stayed two nights - one on our way to our destination and one on our way home. It is dated and renovations are planned, so we were told. But it was still a nice place to stay

This property is EXTREMELY dated and in need of several simple repairs. However, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful during all interactions.

Outdated and dingy but beds are nice and comfortable

It was such a large place with large rooms. Was very quiet and breakfast was ready early so we got to eat before leaving at 5:30

The towels in the bathroom were so small they would hardly go around a medium sized child. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly so that the curve was up and down and not out and around the tub so when showering the curtain slid to the middle of the tub leaving major water on the floor near the door. Also, the bathroom could use an update.

Breakfast was good rooms clean would easily stay there again

The hotel will be upgraded soon, so we were told. I'm sure it was fantastic in its heyday. But the room was quite nice, spacious, clean, and the staff was great.

The front desk "woman" needs better people skills. She can be quite snippy!!!!

Very quiet and clean! Large lobby was great for the grandkids to run off energy!

I was pleasantly surprised. My room was spacious and comfortable. Shower curtain was the only issue, didn't want to stay closed so bathroom floor got soaked. Breakfast was good, plenty of parking. I will stay here again when near Billings.

It’s was a easy check in and the front desk really was helpful with our accommodations
